We received the items and our house flooded in Hurricane. I was wondering if you could please replace them for free, my grandson is upset that he lost his brand new books. I understand if you cannot.

My 2.5 year old is a PJ Mask super fan. He has several PJ Mask books but this one is by far his favorite; with all the flaps to lift, pull, slide, etc. Great book!

Better for a touch older
Cool story, pull tabs are awkward and can easily rip. Better suited for 4+ years old.

Fun book but ours is defective.
My 3-year-old son enjoys this book, but one of the pull tabs (the one for Owlette’s Owl Glider) has never worked since we got the book. He always gets sad or frustrated when we get to that page. Both my husband and I have tried many times to open it, but it is clearly defective.
