This product is very easy to use. They go on easy and smooth and come off the same. I didn’t wash and reuse any but if you follow the directions you can do that too. I like the sizing choices and have even cut them down for smaller spots. I’ve personally found these most helpful to stop picking at areas as I am a bad picker when I have dry skin/zits/scabs. So I think these work short term, long term and are also excellent for people with skin picking issues!

I purchased this Kelinul silicone scar tape roll following surgery, and it has proven highly effective in softening and reducing the prominence of post-operative scarring. The tape adheres comfortably, is breathable, and can be worn throughout the day without irritation. Being reusable and washable, it also provides excellent value compared to single-use alternatives. There is strong clinical evidence supporting the use of silicone sheeting in scar management. Silicone maintains an optimally hydrated environment for healing skin, reduces excessive collagen deposition, and modulates scar tissue remodelling, thereby improving both colour and texture (Mustoe et al., 2002). It has long been recommended by plastic surgeons and dermatologists for the management of hypertrophic and keloid scars, and my experience has been fully consistent with the literature. Not only has it benefitted me personally, but I have also recommended it to clients within my own clinical practice, where it has produced similarly encouraging results. Individuals with surgical scars, burn scars, or acne-related marks have all reported visible improvement over time with consistent use. Application is straightforward—simply cut to size, apply to clean, dry skin, and allow the medical-grade silicone to do its quiet, gradual work. Over weeks and months, one begins to notice the scar becoming softer, flatter, and lighter in appearance. In sum, this is a reliable, evidence-based product for scar management, and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a non-invasive means of improving scar outcome.
