I don't recommend it with long sleeves, as it is too bulky. I took the Element Band off, and used my original series 7 45mm band with sleeves. Summer now and I don't take it off. I am very pleased. I had purchased one before this and returned it to Amazon and bought this one. Great buy!

LOVED this case! i work at a rough job and it held out for a month. what broke it? in the morning i was putting it on and it fell... from three feet off the ground.... and it broke. im glad to find out how crappy this product is now. i was going to purchase the $200 one from the same company. the pin fell out from the band. cant be repaired by me. I talked this company up to my friends trying to get them to purchase the same one. Now, the opposite is being said about the company and poor product. buyer beware! it looks cool, but just cheap material, poor workmenship or both. either way dont waste your hard earned money.

Like a tank, only lighterThe first thing that you’ll notice out of the box is that this thing is huge. It is a little daunting at first, but after a couple of days wear, I have to say that this is really awesome. It is lightweight and seems to be well made.I do like chunky watches and this makes the Apple Watch chunky indeed. about review stating The original Special Ops Watch band for Apple WatchI am someone who changes bands on my Apple Watch frequently, based on my mood and what my needs are at the time, but there are times when I’m doing things outdoors or working on / detailing my vehicle that I want protection for my watch and this does not disappoint.Currently there are 3 colors available. I went with the Black with red trim. There is a black rubber protector that you can swap out instead of the red if you like. There are also a green model and a limited edition black one that is a partnership with Tyson Tactical. After I received my first Special Ops band, I then acquired one of the blacked out Tyson Tactical special editions. This one can be worn either all blacked out or it also has screen covers in red and olive green making it really pretty versatile color wise with a Tyson Tactical skull at the top of the watch.Despite being a pretty great product, it does have a couple of downsides. First, while you can access the Digital Crown on the watch, you cannot really use it as it was intended. There is just too much of the case around the crown to allow access. My other problem with it is that because of it’s size, it doesn’t fit on most watch chargers where the watch can sit in night stand mode, making it rather difficult with my existing chargers. I find myself taking the watch out of the case and charging it as i normally would when it is not in the case.Overall, build quality, design, durability and looks are solid. The watch when in the case will not work with chargers that put the watch in night stand mode. This is frustrating but not a deal breaker as a proper stand can be acquired for relatively little.If you’re an outdoors person, 4x4 enthusiast, survivalist or active duty in any number of fields from fire, police or military, this is the band for you.

Had this watch band less than a month. LOVED IT! Great protection for the watch face. Bulky but definitely armor for my watch. With 20 days, the pin broke on the watch hasp. Not able to be repaired. I should have paid attention to the other reviews before investing this money. It is really a shame. Clearly the band was effective for why I purchased it but for the hasp and fastener.

I’m very hard on watches. So I’m always on the lookout for a durable case for my Apple Watch. Element cases though pricey are usually adored by their owners. So I thought I would try it out on a watch. The case cost $50. It arrived Looking tough and awesome. However installation was awful. It took a good minute or two of finagling to get the watch into the case. VERY tight fit. Once in the case it looked awesome. I threw the watch on and the strap wasn’t comfortable, it was big enough to fit on my wrist but not a lot extra to put into the little loop, and I couldn’t really flex my wrist as much, I would say due to the band width and the thick silicone. The squared off parts would poke annoyingly into my wrist during movement. Not painful but annoying for sure. It may “soften” upon further use but I wasn’t going to keep it by then. I have to remove my watch from its case to clean it (chemicals and such) almost daily. It’s not built for that, it’s built to be on and STAY ON. So between that and the uncomfortable band I’m returning it.

I wanted to like this case/band, I really did. When I received it I already felt like I paid way too much taking it out of the package. There are no instructions on how to install watch into the case, had to scour the internet for a video. The case doesn’t allow you to use any other charger other than the one that came with your watch and even that one is temperamental with the case. For how bulky and “rugged” this thing looks, I dropped it on the ground once and the metal clasp and the spring loaded retention rod went flying across the room. It was dropped from waist height on carpeted floor. I immediately returned the case after that. Save your money and pick up one of the hundred cheaper options on Amazon.
