I don't remember seeing a size option, but I must have received the large size, as it's too big for my wrist. But it is possible to cut it down, so it fits OK now. Seems pretty sturdy and does the job.

Says medium. When arrived clearly says large on the package. So too big. Watch the sizing!

These bands are absolutely useless. They are too tough to stay on your arm, so they’re constantly falling off. Not fit for purpose.

Excellent quality, as good as the Fitbit strap I have. It is a large which is far too big for me. But highly recommend.
