Great little exerciser
The media could not be loaded. UPDATE.: I've been using Evey day for 2 weeks. An hour in the morning and 1/2-1 he in evening. I have usedy fitness pal and watched calories. Lost 5lbs first week and 1lb 2nd week. Not sure if calorie counter is correct on here. I pedal fast and sweat my butt off when using it. It stays on the carpet and have no issues with it moving around. Resistance does work but there is not a lot I seem to have to keep tightening it. The longer you pedal it seems to start squeaking. Def worth itI live in a state where Winters are harsh and hard to get your and exercise. I got this as a machine to get my legs moving and blood circulating since I do have a job where I sit all day. I was skeptical at first and had my 🤞. So far I really like it. I started a half hour in the morning and half out in the evening but now I'm doing an hour at a time. It's convienant being able to use it while watching TV it makes much easier and keeps your mind busy. Using this I peddal steady (posted a video to show) and my heart rate stays about 110 bpm, I actually work up a sweat when I do it for an hour, afterwords my legs feel tingly and numb feelimg. Hoping in time it will tone up my thighs. I feel it working because the next day my legs and bum feels a little sore. I'll continue using even when warmer weather gets here. I'll walk at lunch and use this at home. It does have a digital display but I don't use that feature any, I do usey Fitbit and calories burned do not match so I just use it for the exercise. Going to start watching calories tomorrow with intermittent fasting 16/8 and hope that will help in addition to the bike to drop 10-15lbs.

Great gift for knee surgery recovery
My friend was visiting me after 5 months since her knee surgery. She was staying for two weeks and supposed to be using a stationary bike. While at my house I quickly got online to buy this since I didn’t have a bike for her to use. She was ecstatic when it came and loved it. She used it daily to keep her knee from getting stiff. I thought she would leave it here for when she returns but made sure she took it with her and planned on getting one for her mother who just had a knee surgery around Thanksgiving.

easy to use
This is great to sit on floor while sitting in a chair in front of tv.....effortless to use and the distraction of watching something on tv helps you to sit and pedal for long periods of time. It may not be great for someone who wants to pedal very fast, but, for moderate pedaling no problems.

Works well for the price
I bought this to fill in on those days I cant get to the gym to cycle. Works great but is a little bit lightweight. If you are not sitting just right it will tend to move, even on a rug.Display is not backlit so your progress is difficult to see unless you are in good light. The resistance knob just tightens but you don't know by how much. Not too bad for the price.

Cheap Product
I bought this to use while watching TV or working. Mine did not come with an adjustment knob so I used something else that fit.It doesn't work well under the desk for me. My knees tend to hit the desk. If the profile were a couple inches shorter it might work for me. Maybe it I were a couple inches shorter? 6' 0" with a standard height desk. It squeaks a lot and wouldn't work for a quiet office setting even if your legs fit.For couch potatoing, it works pretty well. I have to put a couple weights behind it to keep it from moving around. It has a strap to help with this, but I can't strap it to the couch. There isn't much resistance, but it does provide some. I don't think the calorie counter is accurate, but it keeps count of the revolutions and moving is better than not regardless of the calories burned. In that respect it is a useful tool.Main issues:It gets HOT. I mean fires of Mt. Doom hot if you touch the metal. It has some rubber padding to prevent major burns though, and I occasionally smell burnt rubber. It could be from the pads or an internal part. I am unsure. The action of the pedals isn't real smooth either. It tends to get a little jerky. Not Original Star Trek bumpy, but certainly not canoeing down a quiet river either.I haven't decided if am going to send it back and get something better or not though. It gets the job done and keeps me moving. It is a cheap product and we'll see how it holds up.

You get what you pay for
Overall assessment: just spend a little more on the other products and you will be ALOT happier with your overall purchase! I promise!Honestly, I purchased this product and a $100 dollar Sunny under desk bike peddles to compare the two, and it is worth it to just pay more for the sunny. The peddles on this product do not squeak but they are uncomfortable to use, it moves when you peddle and the strap they give you to prevent this is not that good, the buckle comes undone every so often. It is not a smooth peddling experience and I found myself biking less when I used this because I was not comfortable compared to when I was using the sunny. This does have a monitor but it does not tell you the distance. It does tell you how many rotations you have done but it resets once you get to a certain number, so it's quite useless if you are not paying attention. The resistance knob is a joke, it does not work.Pros: cheapCons: uncomfortable peddles, moves when you peddle, no distance tracker, resistance knob does not work

Great Product
Works awesome for purpose...circulation and light weight workout while sitting at my desk. Others complained about a “chemical” smell...that is merely the oil they use to line the working parts. The smell goes away after a week or two.
