This arrives in 2 packages and it’s heavy . Very well made and good clear instructions. Need 2 people to set it up but it’s beautiful as you can change colour of flames and inside cabinet lights .you can have heater part on or off but it’s definitely worth the money have had many compliments .

This is very well made, it’s solid. Easy to assemble and it looks the part. I assembled it by myself, it took me around 3 hours due to my arthritis in my hands. The fire is great also. Heats my living room up very quick. It’s a pretty decent size. I have my 55” tv on it and it sits nicely on the unit. Going to add some LED lighting to it. It’s very well packaged. My mum loves it as well and wants me to purchase another one for her. Only downfall was the delivery. Was delivered by one man from DHL. The delivery guy was great but he couldn’t lift the box up my stairs as it exceeded the limit he’s allowed to lift on his own. He used a trolley to take it out the van and bring in. So it does need two people to lift it and even at that it’s still very heavy. I ended up opening the box up outside and taking the parts up my stairs myself.

This is a very high quality and durable TV stand, and looks so good when constructed. The fireplace is stunning and gives out really good heat, instantly. However being such high quality does also mean it is heavy. That led to slower than expected delivery, but that was entirely the fault of the delivery company DX. I was kept well informed by the customer service representative skysi throughout. Please note the delivery did come in 2 parts, the fireplace first and then the TV stand itself.

I put this together took over 4 hours I’m no expert but when I took the last piece out of the box I was disgusted to find a factory damaged piece that had been badly repaired and the part sent out as new. I complained to the manufacturer as Amazon said I’m not covered under their guarantee and they asked for photos and would I except £30 compensation I never answered about £30 I then sent photos 3 times and they say they have not received them? They are now offering me a refund if I take it apart and re pack it for return. This is so annoying as to be honest it is a nice sturdy unit and we were pleased with it but to know they send out damaged parts as new just shows the quality of the manufacturer’s

This looks amazing in my living room. Easily put together (hubby did this). Only criticism remote for the fire had the plastic in the back which you pull out when ready to use to enable contact with the battery, problem no battery in it. Luckily we had some of the right ones in. ( small flat battery). Apart from the it looks amazing and very strong.

This is absolutely stunning. It’s made from quality materials. I would have given it 5* but the only thing that let it down was about 50% of the holes didn’t line up, luckily I’m a dab hand with a bradel, and the instructions are a little strange.
