Battery works as it should and charges correctly.

This is my second. Like to work with two batteries. They charge easily and hold as much power as the original Canon batteries. Little bit dearer than some available but you get what you pay for.

Can't say much more - a fraction of the cost of a Canon replacement - holds charge well, fits, works.. great

Registers in camera (1dx) as a Canon battery and charges on original charger. Shot almost 2000 images on first charge and still 10% left. So far, so good.

Unlike many others this actually works. I have purchased a number of spare batteries for my Canon 1D X and this is the first that works in the charger and the camera's on screen capacity gauge. Has a higher capacity than the Canon battery so that is another plus. I did buy a spare Canon battery but that is now starting to fail and given the price of their replacement looked at other options. This is the best I have found including some that would not even fit in the camera. Don't know about longevity yet but all looks good now. You can buy with confidence and much, much cheaper than Canon.

Yes it really does communicate with both my Canon 1DX mark I and II. THe OEM version of this battery is three/four times more expensive. Cant say how many shots I will get with it but its rated at 3350mAh so it should be good Footnote. Canon have stopped selling the LP-E4N battery for the 1DX mark 1 but this battery will fit and communicate with the camera. (many dont) PS I was so impressed I bought 2

Although the battery powers up the camera and communicates with it (Canon 1DX Mk 2), it is a very loose, sloppy fit thus rendering the weather sealing of the camera useless. The weather sealing on the 1 DX Mk 2 is absolutely phenomenal, and this battery renders it useless. The battery fit is so loose that it rattles when changing orientation from landscape mode to portrait mode. It does have a silicone weather sealing strip built into it, but it is useless as it doesn't get compressed due to the sloppy fir. It will be ok in an indoor, dry dust free environment but if you use your camera in wet or dusty conditions, as I do, then avoid it. I ended up buying the genuine Canon battery for my own peace of mind and knowing how great the sealing is.

Compré esta batería DSTE LP-E4N como alternativa a la original Canon LP-E19 y estoy muy satisfecho. La cámara la reconoce sin problemas, carga rápido y la autonomía es muy buena, prácticamente al nivel de la original. La he usado en varias sesiones largas y me ha aguantado perfectamente, sin caídas de rendimiento ni descargas raras. El acabado se nota robusto, encaja sin holguras y da confianza en el uso. Evidentemente la original de Canon siempre será la referencia, pero por la diferencia de precio esta es una opción muy recomendable, sobre todo si necesitas tener baterías extra para no quedarte tirado en un trabajo.
