This brand does work for that and trust me I looked everywhere for a binder with the right compression but you will definitely need extreme compression or the one under it. I bought one from this company just not this tank. In my experience extreme compression is best for reshaping and keeping 'those' in place. I saw this and figured I would say something about because I also struggle with help on these matters.
