I bought these pads for ice skating, since I had excruciating pain(on the verge of crying) while skating. After a few weeks skating, I grew a hard painful bump on the ball of my foot. NOTHING helped the pain until I bought these pads. Skating with them on, I felt ZERO pain. I was able to confidently and comfortably ice skate and walk after skating. Prior to these pads, I would be limping off the ice, barely able to walk. Bar far the best purchase I've made for my feet.

I really liked this product and it served its purpose well for playing soccer. It provided noticeable relief in the ball of my foot and helped reduce pressure and discomfort during games, especially in tight cleats. The gel cushioning was soft and effective for short periods of athletic use. However, it is not ideal for everyday wear. When used for regular walking, the bottom of the pad started coming apart fairly quickly and durability became an issue. Overall, it worked great as a temporary solution for sports, but I would not recommend it for daily use.

Comfortable enough to wear under my socks does not take up too much room so my shoes still fit. My toes just started getting weird and this really helps separate them without any pain. Soft and comfortable.

I have some arthritis in my feet and some of my toes crowd the toe next to it. I hoped that this would device would keep my toes separated and prevent rubbing together. While it did accomplish this, and the silicone material was comfortable enough, I found the material underneath my foot was not that comfortable. I didn't find that the material rolled up like some reviewers experienced, it just wasn't comfortable for all day wear.

So I'm paranoid about getting bunions, I can see my big toes starting to move so I wanted to prevent that asap! Coupling these with wide toe shoes, these pads are comfortable, were easy to put on, even with socks over top, and comfortable for wearing for a few hours. I can see a difference already. They're stretchy which is nice and I had no issues getting them on. But, these aren't miracle work, you have to maintain your feet and toes too.

If you have bunions or any foot defects this is a good way to alleviate pain.

These gel pads seem flexible and have a slight cushioning in the bottom. However, I didn't feel it separated enough the big toe from the rest, the separator is too small for that. I also, felt it was stressing my foot than helping it relax. They felt too snug. As an another reviewer said "they are difficult to put on" and believe me you don't have to be old to struggle with them. They can probably go on easily if you put talcum powder inside. Keep in mind that you will need to put on a thin sock to slide them into your sneakers or on a pair of wide shoes! These gel things prevent you from sliding them into anything unless you wear socks. Clean them before wearing them. I found a small black bug in the individual plastic bag. So much for new gel pads. Considering returning them.

Put one pad on my left foot. What great relief on the front of my foot. Oh my goodness finally I feeling relief on my left foot also under too. What a great investment my foot feels good. Thanks for this type of product on Amazon or I can barely walk. I went for massage therapy for month in a half. Finally get movement back on my foot and can put my socks and shoes on again. Very thin and flimsy material so I just sent it back as soon as I opened the package

Product is probably great but with my arthritis I just could not put them on by myself. Too difficult to get all toes in the openings.
