Will this work on a Celero?

Yes, this QI charger adapter will work on a Celero.

Can you still use a regular charger when you're not using a wireless stand?

Looking closely at the pictures, the antenna has a plug that goes into the phone charging port. The antenna itself lays flat on the phones back, held in place by a phone caser cover. You would need to carefully unplug the Qi plug, then you could plug in your regular charger plug.

Will it work with a poetic spartin case?

I don't know. I tried using the item once and it was junk. Didn't charge my phone at all

I have a redpepper water proof case on the samsung a12 clear plastic back - will it charge through this back ???

I am afraid it will not work with your redpepper water proof case. These waterproof case are too thick.
