This toilet repair kit cane complete with all the parts needed, along with the tools needed, and was just right for the job. It is well made and allows you to adjust how much water enters the tank, allowing the ability to save water. The toilet is working great again and is much more quiet than it was before. It took about 30 minutes to install and there was easy to follow instructions included. Good seal and no leaks so far.

This kit (even though I didn't need everything in it) likely saved me a bunch of money. I had a leaking inlet valve (the one that is usually to the left or right of the inside of the tank, not the center part). The valve is connected to the water inlet hose and when you flush the toilet, water drains from the tank, and the float on the valve falls, which causes water to come in until the float reaches a certain level, which then turns the water "off". My valve became faulty after 14 years and was allowing water to come into the tank nonstop. I bought the kit thinking I would just replace the whole kit n kaboodle of the insides of the tank, but I ended up just needing the tools (VERY handy to have) and the inlet valve. If I ever have issues with the stopper mechanism in the center of the tank, I have that on hand now. It was so easy!! I turned off the water to the tank and drained the tank. I used the included tool to unscrew the plastic nut from under the outside of the tank which holds the inlet valve in place, disconnected the valve from the other tank parts and removed it. Reversed that process with the new valve from the kit, and it fit perfectly and worked like a charm! The cost of this kit can save you literally hundreds of dollars if you are at all DYI-able. I have never fixed anything regarding a toilet in my life except for the gasket that seals the water from leaving the tank. And this was super, super easy, took 20 minutes at most. Just follow the instructions that are included (or watch the video they refer to in the instructions) and I think most people will be fine. I will say that the lever is really, and I mean really cheap. I didn't replace the lever, because mine is metal and shows no corrosion at all. I s'pose if yours is rusting and looks bad, might as well change it out, but it's just plastic. They also include adapters for some toilet brands (which mine was, but did not require the adapters), as well as a new hose for overflow and other odds and ends. I'd bet this kit would work for 95% of all standard-ish toilets out there. Good buy!

Where do I start, this is the end all for toilet repair kits. Instructions were amazing detailed and even had steps for other brand toilets as well as the dedicated ports for them if needed. The kit included everything you would need to do the job except for the towel and sponge for cleanup and a level to make sure the tank is set properly. It included the tools to remove and install the parts, even a catch basin for the tank water to drain into. Installation was easy and something anyone could manage using the items in the kit. The tools in the kit are good enough quality you could use them many times if needed. My install was leak proof and I really liked the dial on the bowl filler line outlet. Made it super easy to dial bake the flow rate. Ther outflow was much faster than my old filler and was very surprised at the amount of water it put out. The top task filled fast and was very easy to adjust the items in the tank to get the water at the right level. I have bought several tank repair kits over the last 25 years and never been this happy with a kit.

Our toilet had that constant running sound that was driving us crazy, so I picked up this kit. Found it here for a better price than Home Depot or Lowe’s, which was already a win. The installation was straightforward, everything fit well, and the instructions were clear. What really surprised me is how much of a difference it made—our original 1980’s toilet now works like new. No more running water noise, and the flush feels smooth and reliable again. For the cost and ease of setup, this was absolutely worth it. I will say that the product is marketed as no extra tools needed - which 80% is probably true. But for older toilets it’s definitely not. There will be things you may need to modify a bit or get another real wrench for some extra persuasion.

This was an amazing kit! The flapper in my upstairs toilet broke off and I noticed the bolts in the bottom had rusted severely. I was able to take out all of the old parts and the toilet tank and replace all of them using nothing more than what came in the kit and a pair of pliers and a bath towel. It was work - but the instructions and parts all included made it so easy. Took me about an hour total because I've never done it before but I'd make much quicker work of it next time.

Install was a breeze. Just follow the instructional video. Comes with some extremely handy tools as well. Works like a charm.

Excellent kit and a great value. The instructions are really clear and well written - not something to be taken for granted these days. The two plastic wrenches that are included are a really nice addition since these are sizes and shapes not every homeowner will have, and these are much easier to use than slip-joint pliers or other generic household tools for this purpose. This kit makes it a cinch to simply replace absolutely everything inside your toilet tank. Grab a replacement supply hose while you're at it - preferably a stainless steel braided hose with metal (not plastic) connectors - and in about 30 minutes you'll have replaced every single replaceable part associated with your toilet, giving your toilet brand new life and giving you piece of mind against parts wearing out and causing future leaks.

Overall, this is a good rebuild kit however, mine was shipped with a defective flapper. The flapper has a kink in the outer edge, and a dent in the sealing surface, which prevents it sealing. The defects cause a very slow leak, undetectable under normal visual observation but causing the fill valve to repeatedly cycle. I cannot return the kit because that would involve completely dismantling the tank assembly again. I would, however, appreciate receiving a refund for the extra trouble it has caused or, at the very least, a replacement flapper.
