no bad after-taste, easy to swallow. however, for me, they caused upset stomach and rapid heart rate. gave 3 starts because even though it didn’t work for me, there are a lot of other raving reviews.

This one I really can lie and say it worked but I can say that I like Dr. Mercola and believe what he says in his articles on his website and his supplements are clean so that's worth the money.
