I’m really impressed with this laptop! It’s fast, responsive, and handles multitasking like a pro. Whether I’m working, streaming, or browsing, everything runs smoothly with no lag. The screen is bright and clear, making videos and photos look amazing, and the keyboard is super comfortable for long typing sessions.

I ordered this laptop Dec 2024 for my son for Christmas! After a few months my son was telling me that the computer was lagging or just running slow whenever he was on it. He also mentioned it would black out and turn off. I did reach out about the quality of the laptop but it was just to figure out the problem like trouble shoot. I wish I would have just returned it before the return window closed. The piece that’s missing between the opening and closing of the laptop popped off and my son just never put it back on so now it’s lost. The laptop just wont turn back on at all now. After it working again a month ago. Now I’m tryna figure out if I should get it looked at for a possible fix or just recycle or donate.

While setting up the laptop I noticed that there were two scratches on the laptop in total, one being more of a scratch than the other. Hardly noticeable, although overall it looked brand new. I have no real complaints as of yet while using it. It's what I expected, I knew it is not a computer meant for gaming but more for getting some work done. I can easily open 12 tabs, have a youtube vid running and open a word document but it is not going to run Minecraft on the lowest settings, I mean it can but its unplayable in my opinion. The computer does not come with windows 11 installed, I felt lied too when I got it and saw it running windows 10 In S mode out of the box since the description, title and specs clearly say and show windows 11. (running "S mode" just means running safe mode) It comes with a card in the box telling you how to disable it, but one disabled it can not be re-enabled. The photos even show windows 11. But not to worry, I simply installed windows 11 on my own after a days worth of updates. A quick google search and one youtube vid can help install it. It does not have an ethernet port. But I got an ethernet to USB adaptor to make pages load faster. The camera? It has one! It works, it will get the job done. No issues with any ports or the charging cable, no issues with the mouse pad. Everything feels brand new. In conclusion, this is a decent laptop at its price for getting work done. So if you need a computer to write an essay for school or need to hop in a zoom call then this can work just as good as your phone. Personally I plan to learn and practice learning some programming languages on it from youtube and such. You even have that "Guarantee by Amazon" where you can return it in 90 days or get support.

Super good couldn’t wait for it to get here quality 10 out of 10 packaging 10 out of 10 everything and overall 10 out of 10 the driver arrived super early which I love because most people get here around 6 going towards 8 at night but I appreciate you guys so much and I’d suggest you guys but this

I wish there was an option to rate (star) for different experiences. I was happy that I got my computer, literally, the very next day. That's probably the only positive thing I have to say. Their wording for a refurbished computer was kinda confusing, but I guess that was my fault. I'm not sure I would have paid close to $200 for a used computer. I could have gotten something brand new for the same amount at Wal Mart. The first thing I had to do when I started it up, was update the software. When I did, it continued to error on me. When it finally started to download, it stayed on 25% for close to 8 hours. I had to take it to a computer repair location for them to reformat and then install the updates. I ended up paying more for the fix, than what i did for the actual computer. Oh, and when I called customer service to complain, they said basically that it was my computer, which meant it was my responsibility to fix what they sold me. So, I was, am, and won't be happy with the waste of time, and money, on this computer.

I’ve had it for 3 months now and it’s perfect for what I need it to do, which is online classes, drawing, and watching movies. At some point I’m going to test some games (fear & hunger, Minecraft) to see if they’ll work, I’ll update my review when I try that. EDIT: fear & hunger lags in large open areas but is still playable…never tried Minecraft so idk Its battery life is pretty decent too, it stays charged for hours depending on what you’re doing and how high the brightness is, it charges quickly too, like it’s fully charged within 2 hours. Its on the bigger side, I have a basic 16oz water bottle for scale in my pics if you’re curious about that, it’s a little bit annoying carrying it around but not too bad. The quality and durability seem to be good. I’ve dropped it multiple times, and once I even accidentally kicked it off my bed so hard it basically went flying lol the laptop was completely fine. Make sure to update it, otherwise it’ll be super slow, laggy, and basically useless…so update it asap! I almost returned it when I first got it because of this, but a simple update fixed it completely.

So far, so good. I always come back and update my reviews if something changes, but we have had this laptop since about Thanksgiving of 2024. My husband takes it back and forth to and from work to order parts on. We set it up with the usual, standard stuff. Aka, internet, YouTube, Gmail, Word, and a few sites he uses, like Napa, etc. He really likes the size, and the blue color. It also fits perfectly in his backpack so when he rides the motorcycle he can still carry it. It took about an hour or two to set everything up, and once he got the new mouse, he was off and running. I think it was a great find for a great price, and I will be returning for similar purchases like this in the future.

This laptop would have been a very good investment for the price as my previous one lasted roughly six years before having to be replaced. I got this laptop about a month ago for the use of doing school work and it was easy to set up and use but you can tell that it is refurbished as when I go to do Word documents the fonts change on their own and causes me more trouble as I have to go back and forth switching the font, as well as what I have just drafted back to what it is supposed to be. I also spent a long time trying to download the Microsoft 365 as this is formatted for new users and not existing users who are able to access your regular account and everything transfers over. Overall though, the smaller size is perfect and more efficient for me compared to my previous one. Now though I have to figure out what I am going to do for a laptop and school as this one is returned and I await the replacement to arrive.
