I have been using the natures bounty sleep gummies every night for over a year now and while the flavor remains pleasantly sweet and fruity, and they do still help regulate my sleep patterns and help me fall and stay asleep, the last two bottles I've received the gummies have gotten really hard after breaking the seal (which they didn't used to). In previous purchases it would only be the last 10 or so gummies whose texture had changed but now its pretty the whole bottle after the first few nights.

I take these to help me when I feel that I will have trouble getting to sleep. They work very well and will be buying more when I need them.
