Works pretty good. I have a mouthpiece one that irritates my mouth so I use this when I let my mouth rest from the mouthpiece. The nasal dilaters work surprisingly well too. My nasal passages are small so this helps.

Fits well, adjusts well. Material does not breath causing sweating.

I'm not convinced this strap is the ideal device for me. In order to keep my chin up and mouth closed I have to cinch it up so tight that it either hurts my ears, or my jaw, or leaves deep marks on my cheeks. It works OK but it;s not great. But it is well made, and easy to adjust and put on. For the cost it's OK but I think I'll keep looking...
