Great product!
Great product. I didn't know it was automatic open and close according to temperature, but it was a good surprise. Easy to replace, Good quality. Great price and fast delivery.

Great Product
I have had these installed well over 6 months, they work as intended , are easy to install, and is well constructed. In totalci have bought 6 of these, none came defective or missing parts.

Easily inserted into the foundation. Well made. Nice wood grain color. Will provide ventilation as needed ….. functional as well as value

This fits 16"x 8" foundation opening
This Foundation Vent fits into a 16 x 8 inch opening. The actual size that is inserted into the opening is 15 1/4" wide and 7 1/2" high. The frame that will fit flush on the outside of your Foundation is 17 x 9". I find it alarming that so many items sold on Amazon are ineptly or inaccurately described. Looks like Amazon would tire of paying for the return of these items and then selling them off as pallet-loads for pennies on the dollar, just because the item description or size was erroneous. For this particular item, I made an assumption that it was correct for my application, and I was right. I could have easily been wrong. Anyhow, right now it is in the refrigerator to ensure that it closes when it is supposed to close. If Amazon ever decides that it needs accurate information in the item descriptions, I am available to test, measure, inspect, or run QC.

Received these when scheduled.
Took a bit to get my contractor here to install them. Once installed they look and work great. No more critters living in my crawl space. Very happy with this product. Of course once winter hits I will check to see if the sensor closes the vents.

Very durable
The vents have held up well. Our Louisiana summers are brutal, we had an unusual round of actual snow, 12 degrees for several days...the vents held up and did their job.

Sturdy
Excellent vent and fit perfectly. Sturdy. It did take over a month to receive but it's a good product.
