Great customer service
I ordered these lights May 2023 and fitted them very soon after. They are great and I was very pleased. Sadly one failed in August 2024 and had to be replaced. As the company offers a 3 year warranty I thought it was worth getting touch to see what they would do. They responded quickly and refunded the cost of the one defective item. No fuss just great customer service. I will happily buy their products again.

bright lights with wide beam
Easy to install lights. Good idea having three light settings from warm to cold. Only disadvantage is that the switch to adjust setting is in the recess and light has to be pulled out to change.

Nice Natural Lighting Pack
I was impressed by the kit and quality of the parts. The lights are very slim and are barely noticeable below the worktop cupboards. They are easy to install and operate. For the price this is a very well made lamp from an engineering point of view. The lamp itself was a straight swap for my old fitting, and didn’t cost that much more than a replacement halogen bulb, you do need to check the dimensions of your current hole in the roof though, for me at least this wasn’t a problem and the fitting is shallow enough to easily fit in the roof space without any sort of spacer. The light gives off plenty of brightness more than I expected for a 7w lamp, not as focused as a spot light or a reflector lamp that was there before but the brightness more than makes up for that. Please choose your demanded lighting color option before installation. Just choose the lighting color that best fit in your house by a green toggle switch. recessed spotlights can be set to Warm White or Neutral White or Cool White to meet your need. All in all, if you need to brighten up a dimly lit area with replacement down lights then get one of these, they are relatively cheap and definitely brighter than the 40w halogen lamp it replaced, if you can live with the wider beam angle, personally unless you are going for that cosy feeling I would always go for the brighter but more clinical daylight version of any LED light, get one and try it, you won’t be disappointed. And they hardly use any electricity ... our electricity bills will be very low.

Mauvaise qualité ! Racheté un mot de 6 car 1 défectueux dans le lot précédent, en 3 ans et demi 3 autres ont lâché... 4 défectueux sur 12, soit 33% de déchet, je regrette amèrement cet achat car ils ne sont plus disponibles, donc impossible d'en racheter si d'autres lâchent...

Die Lampen sind soweit in Ordnung. Leider hat bei einer Lampe die Spannfeder gefehlt. So etwas sollte eigentlich nicht passieren. Ich weiß auch nicht wie ich die Firma kontaktieren kann. Habe 10 Lampen verbaut bis das ich an die Lampe ohne Feder kam.

Spots Sind zwar hell und sehen schon aus aber von 10 spots waren nach einem Jahr in Verwendung 4 spots defekt und mussten getauscht werden
