Great quality & value for money
Smell is good. Provides relatively thick lather as compared to shaving creams and lasts quite long. It gives better results when the foam is prepared in shaving cup

A great find and an equally great buy
I love this shaving soap. It produces a ton of foam that softens the beard/moustache well. It has a great fragrance too. Results in a great shave even with a straight/cut-throat razor and leaves smooth skin after.

For a cheap soap puck, it does it's job. Could smell less artifical.

Good going even when I started to use it about three years after purchase.

Quality becoming poor
Started using the shaving soap around 2 years back and the quality was just great, and the quantity of shaving soap (in grams) was also good. Now, i think they desire to make more profits at cost of product quality. Clearly. Earlier I used to coat the shaving brush the way I do everytime, and the lather was rich and instant and stayed there on/in the brush while shaving for a 2nd time (two coats of shaving). Now, the lather forms in 1st coat, and is almost only foam in the 2nd coat, and i have to re-apply the soap at lease 2 times more to get the shaving done. Very bad example of sacrificing the product for profits.

Great India Product
Loved this product.. Using past 2 years ...and on. I was using proraso shaving cream which is best safe & shaving products . but had to find alternative to due to high cost and availability . then i came across this product which provided the similar experience with lesser cost. It is used with safe natural products...no chemicals /SLS/ . Provide enough thick lather..for clean shave as i am using regular safety razor. Mild scent not too strong or too light.. Does not leave residue on the face WIll continue use this.. Very important..safe product...
