A must for any makeup lover!
Such a beautiful book! I just adore looking at all the pictures and the information on the history, while pretty concise is very fascinating just the same! I really like how the author takes the reader through all the decades of makeup as well as the popular colors for each decade. The vintage photos of old makeup ads and packaging is so much fun to look at! Just an all around gorgeous book to own and looks fantastic on a coffee table or a vanity. One of a kind...
You don’t find too many of these books out there. I really enjoyed it and learned lots of things. Once you are done reading it looks great as a bedroom decoration

Impressive book!
Gave this to my hairdresser for Christmas. She LOVED it! This book is HUGE with gorgeous text and full color pictures. An interesting read for anyone.

Great reference book!
As a professional makeup artist, not only is this book educational, but I use it constantly as a reference when working on period films. Tons of great original makeup advertisements and historical photos.
