Kinesiology Physiotape Athletic Therapeutic Sports Muscle Care Tex Tape (2Inch x 16.4Ft) Black

This is what I used as a PTA in the clinic and it works great. Measure the length, fold in four, cut all but the last section (use 3/4 of it) and stretch to the original measured length when applying.
