Recommended!!
I ruptured my Achilles tendon end of March. At first I was given the NHS ones, but they were horribly uncomfortable, and the rubbers at the bottom start coming off after a couple days. I ordered this pair, and I’m absolutely satisfied with them! The handles are comfortable, they’re lightweight but durable, the folding ability comes in handy on a few occasions, the rubber bottoms are durable. I’ve been using a lot of them indoors and outdoors as well - pebbles, sand, concretes and I never have to worry about my safety. I like that they are ‘only’ elbow crutches, gives a little freedom that I can remove my hands out of it easly anytime it is necessary. Great products, they are lifesavers!

Great single crutch
It is just what I wanted, it is comfortable as my old one was getting too tight for me. It’s great that it folds in half and I love the black colour as it doesn’t notice as much as a bright colour. Good value for money and good quality. It has a great grip, very ergonomic. It also has a reflector on the handle so if light hits it will glow red. Ingenious.

Mostly good.
Well made and efefctive and folds up nicely. You just have to decide whether the open cuff is for you or not. In the end I found it a bit difficult to deal with.

Perfect for me
I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before. I use a wheelchair when out and about but I like to carry a crutch for if I want to stand up and look at something. A crutch is a very awkward thing to carry in a wheelchair but these are just perfect. They fold in half really easily and then either sit on my lap or go in the shopping bag on the back of my wheelchair. They are very strong and appear well made. I’m just loving them!

Very compact for travelling
Great quality, would be 5 stars if arm restraints were curved to support the crutches on arms. This observation was made by others so knew what to expect. Heated plastic up from the inside with a blowtorch so any damage to appearance not visible, and almost cured the problem. Heat gun might have been better (see picture). Limited amount of material to play with so not a complete circle like NHS crutches, but don't fall to the ground now if reaching for say a switch, and some support for the arms is provided now. These crutches are compact enough to fit in the bag on my Mobility Scooter, which is what I purchased them for. There is inevitable creaking when walking, but this would be the case with most adjustable crutches. In summary, I would recommend them to anyone needing a compact solution.

Be aware of height adjustment.
Good sturdy crutches and yes they do fold, I had to put them in a suitcase, I was hoping to put them in hand luggage for a plane. I needed then in a rush, a different set I ordered arrived with only one which amazon sorted so had to order another pair urgently, they turned up quickly but they do have some negatives for me. 1) they are slightly heavier than the grey NHS hospital issue. 2) I kept dropping them due to the open cuff so ended up putting a strap around the crutch and my upper arm. I ordered the covers/straps shown in the ordered together but they didn't fit, I must be clear they were from a diffrent supplier and if i had time I would have done more research on the covers,I also found the cuff to be bulky. 3) As it says in the brief adjustment depends on individual's, well I am 5ft 6 and no I don't have arms like a chimp but I put them on the lowest/shortest setting and they were still a bit on the high side, not uncomfortable but I wouldn't have then for every day use.
