I like to add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to my shake so it tastes like a mocha! And it only adds 5 calories. I can't drink it without blending it and adding ice cubes though- it's too thick and heavy as just a liquid in my opinion.

Este batido sabe bien bien pero la verdad es que no te sustenta como el de fresa ., el de fresa la consistencia es más espesa y te mantiene sin hambre pero este de chocolate la conciencia es menos espesa es desir no te quita el hambre como el de fresa . Si compras el de fresa no tendrás apetito y si compras el de chocolate tengas apetito

I'm not buying it again, but I'm finishing the whole thing. The value is okay, the taste is okay. I'm sure there's better out there. It's pretty filling

I’ve taken yes you can before and yes I did loose weight, it does work trust me… that was 3/4 years ago but now I bought it again, the only thing about it is the flavor of the shakes, I don’t know if I’m the only one but the flavor is not bad just the after taste but chugging it helps a lot lol anyways another thing is the first first time I take it it makes me feel nauseous, Sorta of a headache, but that also happened the first time I ever tried it, I don’t know if anyone else experienced that or if it’s just me but after consuming it the first shake after I don’t feel like that… THE SHAKES DO FILL YOU UP TRUST ME… that’s the only bad thing I would say about the shake but I mean It’s not bad just the after taste but they do help with loosing weight so that’s why I consume it, maybe it’s just me but I do recommend the yes you can it really does help loose weight
