This goes more to the engineering of the product, than the seller - the stake seems to be well made overall, but I'll review further next June, after a Chicagoland winter. With common-sense and some electrical tape, I'm sure it'll be fine. I do wish that the engineers of products like this would make a truly Mil-spec version, even at higher cost - metal ground spikes vs. thermoplastics, and with waterproofing electrical socket inserts instead of those cheap plastic covers / hinges, which I expect to snap off after the first -14* F event. Here, for the price and extremely fast shipping of THIS product, I have no direct complaints.

No directions, & I thought it was faulty till I watched another customer’s video & realized it has an on-/off button. Once I turned it on, no problems.
