These are the worst cameras I have ever seen you can’t see anything at night and they are not great in the day either! They are difficult to assymble! The dvr isn’t bad I guess but if you want security at night forget these

Muy buen producto, me parecen que cumplen. si tengo queja en cuanto a APP de ZOSI Smart, la cual no tiene como administrar usuarios, por lo cual la única forma es compartir el dispositivo y con lo cual el usuario invitado tiene full access, lo cual no es correcto, debería poderse gestionar los usuarios y limitar sus permisos, muy mal tienen que mejorar eso, en mi caso se instaló en un pequeño restaurante y me hubiese gustado darle acceso a la administradora y encargada más no puedo porque tiene todo el acceso a ver todas las cámaras, grabaciones etc. Y adicional cada vez que hay un corte de energía no vuelve a conectarse a internet hasta que se reinicia manual vuelve a tener internet.

System is relatively easy to set up. Cameras have good quality view and night vision. Customer service members are helpful, however, there is no regular phone number to call. You can email or use Facebook. But also, they're on a completely different time zone so it's not as fast as I'd like to resolve issues. All in all it's a nice system. My main challenge was synching my DVR box to my zosi smart app. It kept going to 85 percent and then failing. I submitted my password and username to customer service and somehow they made it work.
