It worked.
There were some areas in my garage, near a door, where the surface of the concrete had degraded and continually produced a whitish powdery material that oozed up through the overlying ABS tiles. I followed the directions with a spray bottle, and after two applications, the concrete has stabilized and no longer degrades or becomes wet. I'm both surprised this worked so well, and happy that I found it.

Works very well
Sprayed on newly repaired concrete. So far so good appears to have strengthened concrete. Easy to use, drys quickly, a little goes a long way. Good sealant.

Did not work
I thought I was ordering a concentrate but found this bottle was ready to use. It did not appear to seal a concrete stairwell pan as I observed the results during a heavy rain.

It is not for sill crack it is for mixed with concrete when build foundation or floor and no instruction how use it .
