Brilliant looks great

Bought this as an upgrade to the aarke and worst mistake ever it doesn’t even do any of the bubbles and the top thing that goes up and down doesn’t stay down anymore. It’s truly rubbish save your money. I am now going to try and see if I can get a refund I only bought it before Xmas and it stopped working already.

Good quality, needs cleaning regularly to avoid smears

The cylinder exchange doesn't work. I am now waiting for a month. Aarke customer service is slow and unbelievably incompetent. So basically unusable - one star.

Bought for my son as a Birthday gift - he loves it and the water it produces is really good. He much appreciated the additional glass bottle - great for keeping in fridge whilst the carbonate one good for work and gym

Looks really good, easy to use, but its already leaking after a few months so unable to use it anymore.

Not sure who this is target towards. If you’re making carbonated water machine with glass bottle and showing off metal parts. But contains a non disclosure BPA free parts in conduct with the water. Not mentioned in the manual or listed material or even replaceable. (The materials are only for glass bottle)

Like many other reviewers, our Carbonator Pro broke after a couple of months. The locking mechanism broke and the carbonator is useless. We have been chasing a replacement/refund for three months and Aarke has taken to ghosting us. It is incredibly frustrating that they are continuing to sell a product that they know is faulty. On top of this, we have had three of the glass bottles break. The thread on the neck cracks off with the pressure on the lid when unscrewed. I would avoid wasting your money and the stress of trying to get a response from this company.

I love my new bubble maker. Simple to use. Fits right in my kitchen. The carbon loading bay is a bit tricky but figured it out eventually.

The Aarke Carbonator Pro isn't worth the money. 1. It adds carbon poorly. You often have to push at least twice, so you'll run out of carbon fast. 2. You can't see how much carbon you added. The sodastream had a really nice sign, showing how much carbon you added. 3. The bottles are NOT interchangable. So each Aarke Carbonator requires it's own bottles, which are way too expensive. Very bad design decision you can't use the bottles on each Aarke. We regret we bought this carbonator and definitely do not recommend buying this.

Was immer wieder zu lesen ist, es ist keine ganz dichte Sache. Wasser läuft beim sprudeln an der Flasche runter, hat man auch beim Sodastream. Ich denke das hat man bei allen Herstellern mit Glasflaschen. Allerdings ist das Behältnis beim Sodastream tiefer und man kann es nur umständlich rauswischen und es gammelt unten im Behältnis, wenn man es nicht regelmäßig entfernt. Hier kann ich einfach und schnell das Wasser weg wischen. Ich habe 3 Kinder von 11 bis 17 und die kommen super damit zurecht. Es macht alles einen stabilen und wertigen Eindruck. Beim Sodastream ist mir das Kunststoff kaputt gebrochen beim sprudeln. Wir sind zufrieden und die Flaschen sehen super aus. Es ist Qualität die man sich mal gönnen kann.

Le produit semblait une bonne alternative au tout plastique mais au bout de six mois d’utilisation journalière, la panne. Plus de bloquage de la bouteille donc inutilisable . Le constructeur nous dit d’en racheter un pour pouvoir le changer.

This product arrived as advertised and in good condition. 6 weeks later it had stopped working and I contacted Aarke US, February 27, 2023. They responded 3 days later with some options to try and suggested to send proof of purchase, etc. if the options did not solve the problemm. I submitted the proof of purchase and all documentation requested, plus a video. Nothing has been heard from Aarke since despite numerous attempts to get their attention. This is supposedly a premium unit over Soda Streams offering and you pay a premium price. Based on my experience it is not. I have had a number of Soda Stream units that have served me well over many years and benefited our children when we wanted to change the look in our kitchen. I think it is time to invest in another Soda Stream and put Aarke down as a learning experience.
