野菜の千切りは細く切れ、薄切りもかなり薄く切れるのですごい。キャベツの千切りは包丁で切るより細くきれるので食べやすい。但し、最後のほうまで無理して切ろうとすると怪我をするので気を付けたほうが良い。（よく切れるので）

Pros: extremely versatile, it can make nearly any cut you want. The blade is very sharp so it’s easy to cut things. Cons: The side adjusters are a bit difficult to turn, they’re very stiff. The holder/guard is very hard to use, especially on larger veggies.

I ordered to replace TNS 2000 and I am not satisfied. The TNS 2000 had a red blade cover and the TNS 3000 does not have any blade cover with it. I think the blade cover was an important part of the mandolin!
