Did the job at a lower cost
Worked great with the tracking decking and were lower priced than special ordering from the Home Depot.

They work well and are dependable
I love the product, but am not too crazy about the price. They work really well and after a year are as good as new. None of the decking has loosened up. With the price you pay for composite decking it just doesn’t make sense skimp here. I used this for MY deck, but am not sure if I would do so on a commercial one. This is my second box. I ordered an off brand at about a third the cost and after thinking about it for a bit, cancelled the order and bought this box. If you consider the cost of the other materials and the investment of you time, you have to go with something you know you can count on. The stainless steel is high quality and putting lower grade stainless into pressure treated wood is asking for trouble.

Highly recommend- just understand how to
I just finished up a 500sq ft deck and these fasteners did an amazing job. I used the trex transcend collection and the whole thing looks great. I was nervous using these screws because of the bad reviews but it just boils down to user error. Things I have learned using these is you must use a drill and not a impact driver. The screws will strip but they work perfectly if you just use a regular drill and drill them slowly. You must drill in one clip halfway with one board on it, then put the other board in and screw the clip in snug but not all the way. If you screw it in all the way the screw will not be able to hold Onto the joist because of the plastic clip. As long as you stick to these rules, your deck will turn out beautiful. Highly recommend these clips but use those rules and there will be no problems!

Works with TimberTech grooved boards
As headlines states, I used these with TimberTech grooved boards and they fit correctly and can get tight against the spacing stops(nubs on the side). It takes more than one person to do a great job holding the board tight while securing the next row of fasteners. Agree with others that one per joist is definitely a requirement unless you have incredibly level joists. Otherwise due to the flex in composite decking you will hear it slap the joist while walking on the place you didn't put a fastener. Only three out of the whole box had a screw missing. The only complaint is that the screw diameter seems to be slightly less than other screws and a few broke in knots on the joists. Just tack on a small board piece to the side of the knot and place one there(don't skip it).

Make the deck look better, but not perfect...read more
These are the recommended fasteners for Trex grooved boards. They do make the deck look nice, and I am hoping I won't have screws popping and protruding like I did with my wood deck that I am replacing. First, buy the Trex Universal Installation Tool https://www.amazon.com/TREX-ONESTEPTL-Hideaway-Universal-Installation/dp/B093QKNJKP Second, buy extra bits. The tool above does come with a bit, but I have not found one with the case of fasteners. You might need more and these are not expensive. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07ZS6QF3X Third, set your drill to 4 (torque) or you will either break the screw or run the screw through the fastener, both are not fun to deal with. Fourth, use joist tape to prevent water rotting the joists. This is what I used (I bought the 50' but it is out of stock, so this link is for the 75 foot) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0BG633HLY Fifth, get a rubber mallet to tap the boards fully onto these fasteners. If at all possible, have someone help you when installing. I did it by myself, and it was a real pain to get the entire length of a board (12ft) fully inserted onto all connectors without one end popping loose when I insert the other end. One complaint is that the design is great for spacing, but if you are trying to get to butted ends to be the same level, the 1/4" spacer means you have to notch out the end of one board. Another complaint is the screws just popping (breaking), it is a real pain to try to remove it, so I just took another screw and toenailed it through the connector after removing the broken screw head. Screws breaking from over torque causes me a little concern over how they will hold up with the expansion and contraction of the boards over time. We shall see. Another complaint is that many of the fasteners are missing screws. I may find them in the bottom of the case once I get to that point. I have found many in this condition (10%). Last complaint, these things stained the palms of my hands black. It didn't come off from washing, yet, but it should be gone in a day or so. I am optimistic that these will hold up, so I am giving 4 stars to this product. There is nothing else out there, and this has got to be better than toenailing boards. I will post an update if they start to fail after a season or two of weather and contraction/expansion of boards.

BEST PRICE
I used this on my Trex Decking System. This is a great product recommended by Trex. I couldn’t find a box this big anywhere in my town. I was going to have to order several boxes, my deck is 60’ across, but I found these. It was a lot cheaper, and more convenient, to order in bulk.

As described.
Ended up going with a concrete slab, but they were what was advertised.

Better than screws
I used these clips with Trex grooved decking. They are sturdy and easy to use, almost foolproof. I used a scrap piece of decking to get them installed evenly. Don't overtighten at first, put them not quite cinched till next board is in then finish the tightening. Expensive but worth it in terms of labor savings.
