I’ve tried several tan removers over the years, and this one has quickly become one of my favorites. It is very effective at breaking down and removing self-tanner and spray tan residue at the end of their wear cycle, making prep for a fresh tan much easier. It helps lift away stubborn patches and uneven areas without excessive scrubbing, leaving my skin feeling clean and ready for reapplication. Another thing I really appreciate is the scent. It has a pleasant, fresh fragrance that isn’t overpowering or overwhelming like some tanning products can be. The smell is noticeable enough to be enjoyable but doesn’t linger excessively. If you regularly use self-tanner or get spray tans, this is a great product to keep on hand for maintaining an even, flawless tanning routine. Highly recommended!

First, I was not blown away with this products "tan-removability" - it worked to a point but still required scrubbing and letting hot water/steamy shower do 90% of the job. Second, and more importantly, this product gave me horrible contact-dermatitis/chemical burn/rash ALL over my body! I was alarmed when It was already starting to burn within the 60 seconds of applying and jumping in the shower. I am almost a week out from using it and am still dealing with the aftermath. I do not have sensitive skin and have never had reaction to any skincare product, therefore I failed to do a test patch, don't be me.

I've tried several self-tan removers over the years, and this one has been one of my favorites. The scent is pleasant, it feels gentle on my skin, and I noticed my old tan breaking down in just a couple of minutes. It made removing leftover color so much easier without irritating my skin. I'll definitely continue repurchasing this product.

On the market to remove fake Tan! I highly recommend to all of my clients, I am a professional Spray Tan artist. It leaves your skin so smooth, I even recommend people using it just to exfoliate before getting a spray tan! It will take off any old Tan, sometimes stubborn tans you’ll have to wait up to three minutes to remove, but using this with a exfoliating mitt or glove is the best way to get off any old fake Tan

I was so interested in this product because it seemed TOO GOOD to be true. Surprise… it is, but it’s not bad. The before picture was of my tan after 10 days of not exfoliating, so as you can imagine, it wouldn’t have had to take much effort at all to remove. As for the product, it smelled exactly like something so familiar but I couldn’t think of exactly what it was… then it came to me: ORANGE PALMOLIVE DISHSOAP. This doesn’t smell sexy or like spa, but fortunately it‘s not strong and it does not linger at all. A little DOES go a long way - for my entire body I used *maybe* 1/6 - 1/5 of it. Its gray colored with super fine, uniform, exfoliating particles in it. You put this in dry skin, wait 2 minutes, then use a wet exfoliating glove/mitt to remove your tan. I don’t know why you have to wait 2 minutes because there is no aha/bha exfoliating property to it, I even tasted it to check if it was acidic.. it wasn’t lol. Don’t do that. I know this has urea in it but it’s nothing like Amlactin or any exfoliating product that uses urea. The micro particles almost have a desiccant property to them because once you rub it in & wait, it dries in ~ 30 seconds. Results: See for yourself. Nothing crazy. Didn’t remove the stubborn DHA from my hair follicles. The glove does 80% of the job and I truly feel that I could have achieved (maybe) a comparable level of tan removal with just my exfoliating glove & soap. And let me tell y’all, I wanted this to work like the pictures so I was SCRUBBING VERY HARD. Still, no crazy results. Did it remove a tremendous amount of tan? Absolutely!! Was it easier than using the stiff side of a bath bristle brush? Absolutely!! Did it save me time? Yes. Is this a gentle scrub? NO, especially not when you pair it with an exfoliating glove. Much to my surprise, it didn’t aggravate my eczema at all even though it exfoliated my legs to a point where it felt like I shaved them. Probably ok for sensitive skin people. Would I buy this again? Honestly yes for the $28 it was listed for. I came back to write my review and was shocked to see its $38 now. Are y’all CRAZY? This isn’t worth $38 dollars: know your product’s worth. It’s a nice addition to my routine but I’d rather save myself an extra $10 and not buy this than splurge on something that doesn’t smell nice or even have anti-aging skincare in it. It should actually be $25 like seriously I understand that brands want to come across as lux but this doesn’t perform as well as it’s advertised and in this economy, $25 IS LUX!!!!!

This product is really good!! I have self tanned for YEARS, I ha e either used a tree hut exfoliating scrub to remove and I tried the BONDI SANDS self tanner remover (which doesn't work and smells like hair perm soln). I use BONDI SANDS self tanner (ultra dark) HEAVILY and usually do one application of lotion self tanner thru the week. I exfoliate and remove self tanner once weekly. So..heavy on the self tanner and one application of this sitting on my body for 60 seconds then using the exfoliating mit removed about 75% of the self tanner. I realize sometimes you have to do the removal process more than once, but I didnt today and was very happy with the results. I was skeptical after seeing all the tik toks on this product, but overall, Im impressed. You can see from the pic I still have some residue on my pigmented dark spots and a little left on my normal skin, but I was heavily tanned before. I do not have sensitive skin and didnt experience any adverse effects like skin irritation. It smell decent, almost like a citrus smell (to me) It is grainy so exfoliates nicely. My skin was soooo soft afterwards. And I think because this product doesn't have an oil base like tree hut sugar scrubs you can apply self tanner the same day you exfoliate rather than having to wait a day or two after exfoliating with the tree hut sugar scrub. I also liked I only had to leave it on for 1 minute compared to bondi sands which was like 5 to 10 mins I think. I am in my 50's so keep that in mind when you look at the photo of my skin 🤪 I applied the product kind of heavily and think I can get about 10 to 12 maybe more removals with this tub, so I think the process is decent.

This product is great. It strips the tanning right off with an exfoliate mitt. The one thing I wasn’t doing initially was putting it on before the shower and scrubbing which it does say specifically to do that in the directions. I was just doing it in the shower, which it still worked, but it’s definitely more effective to do it before the shower when your skin is dry and then once you get in the shower, do it a second time. Would definitely recommend. I am an avid self tanner and even though it is a little bit pricey it is still way cheaper than going and getting spray tan somewhere. I probably got about 10 uses out of it.

OMG!!! I have tried every tan remover out there , every one left me needing to put on exfoliating gloves in a hot bath and scrub to rid myself of what tan still lingered (usually this being significant! But this WORKS!! Literally wirhin 1 minute of gentle application all self tan disappears- no stubborn blotches etc, nothing just perfectly even, soft and completely tan free all over skin!! The reviews that give this product a low star i do not understand as im naturally very pale, freckles galore and at 51 can have uneven skin (few dryer areas) well not any more!!!! 10/10 ….. this is now a must in my bathroom!!!

The best tan remover on the market! Amazon cheaper to buy than TikTok shop also. Highly recommend definitely removes tan in 60 seconds too. I apply to the body leave for 1-2 mins and then scrub off in the shower. Not a trace of tan left & perfect for prepping the body for another layer of tan!

I have been wanting to try this for a few years but have been skeptical cos other tan removers just don’t work for me but I bought this on sale and OMG it’s a game changer! It actually worked so freaking well, better than when I scrub and scrub and scrub my tan off and it worked so fast and easily and no full on scrubbing of my skin was needed! All tan and residue came off, even stubborn areas so easily and my skin is actually so soft after! Will def be buying more when I run out! Oh and the tub is way bigger than I expected too! Highly recommend!!
