We love this stuff. My husband had frozen shoulders for over a year... Through prayer and physical therapy he had improved then God showed us this. This TURMERIC is such a great strength and easy to use dropper! And the price is great for the size and the quality product. I put it in a smoothie each morning and his arms are up and working again!! Glory to God! If he misses a day, he can tell. When we told my husband's physician what we had been doing he said keep it up! He also said there are plenty of medical studies to back up the benefits & claims.. regardless it's working with no noticeable side effects or medication interactions. (Which I researched on WebMD before begining this journey and I suggest you do as well if you). Even so, Doc's on board! BTW.. The shipping was really fast too. I'm psyched about this stuff! So much I'm going to start using it in my warm lemon water with a bit of honey and cinnamon as an all natural anti-inflammatory for me!

I was experiencing knee pain that completely disabled me at work. I started taking this daily, one half dropper in 8 ounces of water and my knees were fine. And it tastes quite good. It goes well with electrolyte powder and ice water. Also is tasty on vanilla ice cream. And can also drop into soups, stews, stir fry, etc..

I don’t use this for pain - I have chronic sinus issues (allergic rhinitis, infections, and ☹️ post-nasal drip). I do take OTC pills and sprays but it’s this turmeric that really staves off infection. I don’t really measure it- I just fill the dropper about an inch, for 16 ounces of liquid I do that twice. It does have an unusual taste, but I got used to that quickly. Sometimes I put it in ice tea, works just as well. This product has worked wonders for me.

The arthritis in my hands had become so painful that I was having difficulty sleeping (pain is always worse at night when outside distractions are almost nonexistent, right?!!) -- my Yoga instructor daughter, who is also a nutritionist heard from her mom that my pain levels had become so high. She ordered a bottle of this turmeric and had it delivered to my home, where, not knowing how to take this stuff, I promptly squirted a full dropper into my mouth -- big mistake! The taste was so strong it took a lot of water and some time to eliminate it. I thought nothing more of what I had taken until I woke up the next day with the realization that I had slept through the night, and the pain had subsided to a level that was far less distracting, and that I had more flexibility in my finger joints than before. I have since learned to add a dropper of turmeric to a small glass of vegetable juice along with a pinch of black pepper and a couple of drops of olive oil. I am not certain of the actual need for the oil when using a liquid extract, but am following my daughter's advice until I can find credible research I can read for myself. THIS HAD NOT BEEN A CURE OF MY ARTHRITIS OR MY CHRONIC NECK PAIN -- however, it has definitely reduced the pain to a lower level.
