This a solid starter bench, had my doubts when I ordered it, but when I unboxed it I was excited. Unless your 4 foot you can't use the squad uprights for back squats (holding the barbell across your shoulders) but I can use it for front squats. I set on the bench, between the uprights,, and hold the barbell across my chest then stand. You can use the uprights to hold the barbell then lift it up and press it over your head and set it on your shoulders. The bench press barbell caught hooks are a little small, but I found I actually like using them for benching, you can adjust the height of the squat uprights for benching if you rather to unrack the bar higher up. The instructions are ok the instructions were clearly done by a non English speaker, but you can use the pictures with no problem. The bench comes with two double 17mm and 14mm wrenches. I used one of the open end 17mm wrench to hold the lock nut and used my own 17mm socket and racket wrench on the bolt. The bench is very stable and I love the wide uprights, and the bench has good padding The box claims the bench can handle 500lbs, I'm guessing that's the user and weight being used. I've only used 100lbs on the bar and I'm 230 and it seemed to handle it with no wobble All in all I am very happy with the bench, and would recommend if your starting out or like me getting back into lifting If your a pro or serious heavy lifter I'd look at something more heavy duty,

This is great
Really nice. Took a couple of hours to put together. It's small and perfect for small spaces. I am 5ft 7. This bench is great for short guys. I bought the pole and weights from Amazon. The pole is 5ft 7 inches long. I have a total is 105 pounds. I am not sure what the max weight is but I say no more than 200 pounds. I am completely satisfied. Been looking for something sturdy and strong for years but was never successful. Thanks

Decent bench but not a squat rack. Slightly misleading
As a bench this is pretty good for the money. Build quality seems solid but definitely not like what you'd find in a gym. It is sturdy. The bench is wide enough for me. If I was benching more then 300 lbs I might have concerns over how safe it would be but I'm lifting much less right now so I think it should be fine. But it is useless as a squat rack for me. The only way I can find to use it is from the back side with the bench down. And even then I have to sit on the back edge of the bench to get under the bar and it is tricky to rerack so I would never use this for any heavy squating. There is not enough space to back under the bar and the highest height is way too low for me at 5'10. In the video demo for this the guy doing squats is using 10 lb plates and pressing the bar over his head to get into his squats so he's not even using the bench at all. I'll give it 4 stars because as a bench it's pretty solid although I could have bought something as good without the extra squat rack feature for less which is what I would do if I was doing it again

Perfect bench with small footprint
I gave away an old bench years ago because it took up too much space in my apartment. I ended up missing it more than I thought I would, so I went looking for a new bench that would fold up and take up less space when not in use. There seems to be limited options for folding benches, but this seems like the best one. Assembly is always an annoying process, but I got through it here with relatively little trouble. I made one easily reversible mistake because the image on the instructions was cropped in a slightly misleading way. But the process went more quickly than I imagined it would when I unpackage the parts. I'm a very heavy person, between me and the weights we're certainly approaching the 500lb capacity, if not surpassing it. So the sturdiness of this item was a major concern for me. I can say that I feel extremely comfortable while lifting, and have zero concern if the bench can support my weight. My only complaint here is that it tends to wobble just a tiny bit at the hinge where it folds. I plan on addressing this by putting some sort of thick padding on the cross bar where the bench rests when it is folded down, but I've been using this for a few weeks now and it hasn't really been more than a minor annoyance. I wanted something sturdy and unobtrusive to my space, and I got it. When folded, the bench is 55" tall, 46" wide (or however wide your bar is), and 23" deep. It sticks out only a couple feet from the wall, and fits neatly under a shelf in my office. There is even a rack capable of holding the bar when the bench is in a folded position, so even your bar can be up and out of the way when not in use. As far as folding benches go, I think this is top of the line. Other similar benches on Amazon had a lot of reported issues, from poor support, to missing pieces. This one feels like it was designed with care and manufactured by professionals. Highly recommend.

100% real review by a real person lol
OK so check this out, I haven't bought a more expensive bench so I don't know what a 300.00-700.00 dollar bench is like quality wise. This cost me under 200.00 and I would say it's worth double that! It's Hella sturdy I mean you can't even rock it if you try, it was super easy to put together (didn't need the instructions) the hardware and tools it comes with to assemble are great quality, the welds are solid, the frame is HEAVY DUTY, AND THE PAD IS SUPER THICK AND COMFORTABLE! the main thing with the cheaper ones that I do not like is that distance between the bar stands are usually always way too close so you either have to use a very uncomfortable wide grip or a super close grip (super wide grip can cause injuries and too close of a grip works triceps more than chest and who benches for triceps work only anyway!? That is not the case with this bench you can go wide , medium and close grip comfortably! It folds up to save space and doesn't tip over easily I mean I'm sure if you try to tip it over when folded it will fall for sure but usually it's folded for storage anyway. I would give this bench a 10/10. No complaints from me! If you're reading this, God bless you and your family! And go ahead and buy this bench you will not regret it!!

I really love this product, Sturdy, Solid, Great looking and Easy to Store away. I thought that the price was very reasonable and worth it. I was impressed on how well its made and easy to assemble for the price that you pay. The main use of this product for me is Bench Presses and Squats, but there are a number of other uses that you can also incorporate using the Bench that I also thought was fantastic having it all in one. I feel safe using this product, not like other flimsy rocky stands and benches. The product arrived on time and packaging was in great condition, parts were all wrapped and put together really nice inside the box. I did contact Customer Support and they were absolutely amazing, found them to be very polite, courtesy, Professional and they stand by their Products, they were very helpful. I highly recommend this product to Family and Friends, not to be disappointed with this product. I have been looking forward to and enjoying using this product every day.

Firstly, customer service is excellent! I had an issue with the purchase and the seller replied quickly. What I like about this bench as compared to other similar models on Amazon is this one is sturdier (look at weight - this one us 23 kgs while most others are around 8-9 kgs). As another reviewer mentioned, there are some concerns around certain points resting weight on a single bolt or two. I have yet to test it out with heavier weights (and I doubt I'll touch the 500 lb weight for which this is rated) but I'm very pleased with the look and quality of this product. Only other point was the instructions could be clearer. Owing to small size of the diagrams and steps being difficult to follow sometimes, I ended up screwing one piece incorrectly but this was quickly rectified. Love the fact that this folds and while still quite large, I don't mind it because it gives me a sense of sturdiness that I want from a bench when I'm lifting weights. I hope this will last a long time. I will update with pictures if possible.

Generally the quality was good however found that the distance between the upright bars holding the bar isn't wide enough to do bench properly (or adjustable) and I'm quite a small-medium build individual

Sturdy bench that fold for easy storage in smaller spaces. I wish the barbell stand went up 3 more inches to be better used for squats
