Nordic Ware Elegant Party Bundt Pan, 22.3 x 9.3 cm, Gold

I got several of the Nordic ware bund pans , love them all easy release and clean up and make my cakes look so beautiful great quality simply the best

It is a simple design but it is elegant and I am in love. Works well for most cakes but I tried to bake a pound cake in it and I need a 12 cup Bundt or bigger for that. I used baking spray and it slid right out. The pan is sturdy and the quality of the pan it great. I would buy another one if they had it in other sizes.

Nordic Quality for even baking!

I was disappointed when I first opened the box with this bundt pan inside: it was much smaller than I had imagined. I was thinking it would be the same size as the Classic Bundt pan--but with the advantage of having perfectly shaped slices. Well it DOES have perfectly shaped slices--just smaller. I debated about sending it back, but just now finished baking a cake in it, and it's such a beautiful little cake. And here's the amazing thing: it came out PERFECTLY with not a single crumb stuck to the pan! But that could be because I also purchased at the same Vegalene food release spray. Both the pan and the spray were spoken of in a blog post by King Arthur Flour. They also recommended using a small offset spatula (which I also purchased on Amazon) to help release the edges of the cake. Well, the "folds" of the design are too narrow to get that spatula in there. I was disappointed about that and assumed my cake was going to be stuck. But with 5 minutes to cool upright (as taken out of the oven) and 5 minutes turned over, I gave it a shake or two and it released immediately and as cleanly as shown in the photo. As I said, this has never happened to me before--having a cake come out perfectly like that--and I've made a lot of bundt cakes. This may be the only pan I use from now on.

If you like to bake Nordic Ware is the brand to buy. Bundt pan produces a beautiful shaped cake. After following directions about buttering the Bundt pan my cakes come out perfect. I highly recommend Nordic ware for all your baking needs. All their products are very durable and wash up nicely.

It's smaller than the other bundt pans, but I really like the design. Makes it easier for even slicing and serving.

Trick to make it non stick.. wash this pan and bake it in the oven upside down for 15 minutes then you dont need to put any spray. I use it many times no spray still no stick. I just wish that this can make a big size. ease to cleaning, heat no problem cal rise beautiful, the quality ooohh boooyy amazing heavy you name it. It expensive but this is worthy of your money for someone who like baking.. I love baking.. I have been looking more stuff from this brand. but need to save money first.. LOL

I have a large collection of Nordic Ware baking pans. It is known for its durability and cake release. I especially like this design pan because everyone gets the same slice width.

The product was sturdy as expected to be. Worth the buy.

Have only used once so far, and my Pumpkin Spice Bunt cake was cooked amazingly. The edged did not burn like other pans, and it slide right out when cooled (I used flour to dust).
