These fruit and veggie cutters are so fun! I don't have kids but wanted to put some fun into my husband and my snack and meal times with these as we snack a lot on healthy foods between meals.I discovered the 6 metal cutters work best on some of the firmer vegetables such as bell peppers and the plastic animals do best with softer ones such as bananas and cheese. The heart shaped cutter was real fun when I used it to surprise my husband with little red bell pepper hearts surrounding his steak on his birthday. He thought it was real cute. I'm looking forward to playing around with them some more.These would be perfect for little kids or the picky eaters. And I think this is a great little set for the price!

These are smaller than I thought. The plastic ones don't cut that well...not even bread. The metal ones are good and my kids like the shapes.

Love these! Easy to use, super fun shapes. Great for kids' lunch boxes. I cut up fruit, cheese, and treats into cute, bite size pieces to add to their lunchbox. A little incentive to eat those healthy snacks. Also great for parties to add a little creativity and fun to your fruit or meat and cheese plate.

My child really enjoys having his lunch cut up with these, and enjoys using them as well.4 starts instead of 5 because I wish the metal ones had some type of softer grip on the top for my child's hands. Minor gripe though.

These fruit/veggie shape cutters are AWESOME!!! It's the only way I can get my incredibly picky toddler to eat anything healthy!!! What a lifesaver!

It's perfect size for my 3 years old. She uses this to cut out her sliced cheese. I recommend you to have slightly harder sliced cheese. Individually wrapped sandwich cheese are soft and can be sticky on the cutters . They really motivate her to eat more while she is having fun!

Very small shapes! Doesn't work for bread ... but the shapes are so small so it's a lot to prepare the snack with the cutters!
