I liked how so many different women were featured in the book; some of who I'd never heard of. It is nice to learn and read about their accomplishments.

Bought two, one for each niece. I loved the diversity and the positivity.

Wasn't certain what to expect. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS! So very well done (including excellent illustrations) The words are few, as they should be in a children's book, however - it is so well done it is also very thought provoking for a mature person. I knew most of the women in this book, but not all. Tho there were few words there were also some interesting facts about each of them, and again some I did not know. Excellent book to help young females as well as us Grandma's realize we need to chart a better course then the "generally accepted one" in many areas. VERY WELL DONE !

Read it to my students and purchased as a Christmas gift for my great nieces. The message is powerful.

Good teaching supplies. Adequate quantities that are inexpensive, yet perform as expected.

I’m reading this series of books to my seven year old granddaughter. To my happy surprise, she’s been very engaged, asking lots of questions. I’ve read that girls start losing confidence in their abilities as early as ten years old. It’s important to present positive and inspiring role models, and to promote a self-image full of possibilities. She can’t read all of these stories by herself, but by reading them together, there are lots of opportunities for discussion.

It is such a beautiful book!! The variety of female examples of courage is amazing. Examples that are relatable to all, not just girls. Well done and a must have for classrooms.

I adored the introduction and the quotations from each of these inspirational women. The illustrations told a story of their own and I spent every bit as long reading the pictures as I did reading and pondering the words. A book to inspire the next generation.
