They just work!
Purchased this for my violin. I live in a dry climate which is terrible for wood instruments. This keeps the humidity level in my violin case at 54% for about a month before having to recharge.

A great humidifier
I bought this humidifier for one of my students as I have used one for a couple years and find it works very nicely in an extremely dry environment. I found the back doesn't stick to the case very well but it can slip into any small place in the instrument case so I don't fault the item for this.

easy to use, effective violin case humidifier
I live in the northeast and in the winter, when we run the furnace or use the wood stove, the air in the house is very dry. Instead of hanging my fiddle as I usually do for easy access, I must keep it in the case, and the Stretto humidifier is easy and very reasonably priced. The case snaps open, and the inner pouch, having been soaked in water for about 10 minutes, goes inside. The closed case is then secured inside the violin case with its attached velcro strip. When the pouch shrinks, you remove it and presoak it. Easy

A necessity to protect violin with humidity
A necessity for all violin players to maintain an appropriate humidity level while in the case.

Seems to work well
Needed this to help with dryness with the violin. It seems to help.

Box already opened; one of the humid bags out of its plastic wrap
This came on time, but when I opened the undamaged packaging it was delivered in, the Stretto box was open and one of the humid bags was just rolling around in the packaging, outside of the box (not wrapped in plastic or anything protective). It looks like it had already been opened and returned.

Humidifies Without Mess
I have tried various humidifiers for my violin case and I like this on the best. It does a good job of humidifying the case without any fear of moisture escaping from it. If it dries out, I just leave it soaking for about an hour and the beads have absorbed the moisture again.

Not easy to use
Works well but tricky to maintain. Have to refill water every few days. Have to use distilled water. If tap water was used, the inner beads soon stop absorbing water. Even if distilled water was used, it will stop absorbing water after few weeks or months. When pouch is new, beads absorb water quickly. After 3 or 4 fills, have to wait several minutes for the beads to absorb water.
