Larabar Cherry Pie Fruit and Nut Bar, Gluten Free and Vegan, 27.2 oz, 16 Ct

I believe the Larabar Cherry Pie bar is our current favorite bar. There are three ingredients: dates, almonds and dried sour cherries. They provide quality nutrition with four grams of fiber and protein - no cholesterol, no sodium, no saturated fat. They taste so good; I know I am eating a bar that is good for me.

I’ve been grabbing these Larabars as an easy snack, and they’re honestly really satisfying. The cherry pie flavor tastes simple and natural, not overly sweet or artificial. I like that the ingredient list is short and easy to recognize. They’re filling enough to hold me over between meals without feeling heavy. The texture is chewy and soft, not dry like some bars can be. It’s great knowing they’re gluten free and vegan, so they work for a lot of different diets. The size is perfect for tossing in a bag or keeping at work. Overall, these are a solid go-to snack when you want something quick and wholesome. I would recommend highly, Thank you!

I have been eating Larabars since 2008. I like several of the flavors but I sort of got hooked on the Cherry Pie flavor although, in "real life" I don't like cherry pie! These bars are raw and natural. They have no chemicals in them and the Cherry Pie variety contains just the following ingredients: Dates, almonds and unsweetened cherries. That is it. No long weird ingredients, no fillers, no strange chemicals or fake sugar. They are a bit sweet but the taste is pure and the nuts make these a chewy and crunchy snack. However, they do have 200 calories in them and 8 grams of fat. But the fat is from the nuts which is good fat so that shouldn't scare you off. There is a small amount of protein - 5 grams - in these bars which is better than eating a candy bar with none. They also have 4 grams of fiber which is a good amount (and a natural source of fiber). These are not enriched with vitamins so you get only what the three ingredients give you. I would not suggest these as a meal replacement but as a snack or pick me up. They're great after a workout to replenish energy The Cherry Pie flavor is a combination of sweet and tart with a nice amount of small nut pieces to give it crunch. I would prefer the bar to be just slightly less sweet. The dates give a lot of sweetness when I don't feel it is all that necessary but these bars still taste wonderfully natural (because they are) and fresh. They're small at 1.7 ounces but fill me up even when I am quite hungry. They make a great snack with a cup of tea at night or a quick energy booster when I an out hiking. I eat a lot of different brands of bars and most are filled with stuff that boosts their nutrition and protein levels but it isn't natural. Larabars are incredibly raw and natural and make me feel good about what I am eating. I have tried other flavors as well and many were really good. I just happen to keep going back to this flavor year in and year out. I like these every bit as much as I did when I discovered them in 2008,

Great for when you want a sweet snack and are watching the diet or counting calories. It tastes good like a semi homage cherry bar (fig newton consistency). The texture is also soft enough to be a little chewy, giving a satisfying snack.

So, I had a nutritionist/certified medical weight loss specialist suggest Larabars to me like a year ago, due to their lack of refined sugars, lower overall sugar content, high fiber, and all natural ingredients. I finally decided to try them as a meal replacement (3 full meals, 3 snack meals - the Larabars are snack meals)... Um... YES. A food bar that DOESN'T make me feel sick (granola bars don't get along with my stomach), Tastes AMAZING, fills me up just enough to make it the next couple of hours, gives me slow burn energy.... I can't get enough of these. I'm not some health nut either... I'm a 365 (was 374!!!) pound fattie who loves his chocolate cake, deep fried food, pizza, ice cream, snickers bars, etc... These are probably one of the best things I have ever found, because I can eat healthily, AND FEEL LIKE I AM EATING CANDY!!!! Just do it. They taste incredible. The bars I've tried so far: Lemon: 5/5 stars. Amazing. Tastes like lemon cake. Cherry pie: 5/5 stars. I try not to sing "She's my Cherry Pie!" every time. Apple pie: 3/5 stars. Tastes good, but feels a bit dry and chewy Chocolate peanut butter: 4/5 stars. Good flavor. A bit unusual, but what do you expect when using fruit based ingredients to taste like peanut butter chocolate chip cookies? Still tastes great, just not quite my favorite. I'll update as I try more flavors, and oh yes, I will be trying more flavors. Great job Lara. I'm hoping this is one of the things that helps save my life. Update: Coconut cream pie: 6/5 stars. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? THIS IS AMAZING!!! It tastes like a mounds bar without chocolate! Add a small amount of chocolate chips... YUM. Banana bread: 5/5. Yup. Tastes like banana bread. Carrot cake: 4/5. Pretty dang good. Not quite as moist as the real thing, but hey, I'm changing my lifestyle, It will do just fine for all my non cheat days. As an addendum, I've tried various "diet" bars, protein bars, "health food" bars, etc... and none compare to these. These are delicious. These are food. These are not full of weird flavors from sketchy chemicals... they are just dang. good. food. These actually satiate hunger, and FEEL good after eating. No indigestion, no stomach issues, nothing. I am so glad I found them, may they never change their way, and cheapen up their ingredients.

This is a great snack bar! Cherry Pie Larabar is a favorite flavor of mine! Yes, I will buy it again and again!

As other reviewers have stated, mine came delivered scattered in my shipping box, with product missing. the boxes themselves were fine so either my shipping box was placed in a dryer for a bit to stir things up...or it was otherwise mishandled. I tried to return the items immediately upon discovering missing product but it says no longer eligible, even though I literally just received it. I figured I'd try them since I'm stuck with them. I ordered the Cherry pie and Coconut cream pie flavors. Cherry pie: These are very sweet, but not bad tasting. This one doesn't taste like cherry pie to me at all though, which was my reason for trying this flavor. They are a bit sticky, which is to be expected given the nature of the food. I would eat this one again. Coconut Cream Pie: These are less sweet, which I appreciated. They also aren't sticky. I didn't really care for the flavor at all. I didn't taste much coconut flavor, it was rather bland. It was also, not gritty, but a similar texture (due to the coconut I assume) that I didn't care for. I wouldn't buy these again. Very disappointing as this one cost over $26.00 ($10 more than the cherry). Both tasted fresh, and the bar size was okay. In my experience, these bars are never all that large. The bar itself is shorter than a gift card, and a bit more than half the height of a gift card. I like that there is a good amount of fiber in these, and limited ingredients. The carton is much easier to read than the individual bar labeling. The bar labeling is legible though. Mine are good for another 7 months, so all good there. Since product was missing on both boxes, and I had no recourse to get the missing product I will not be buying these again. I might take my chances if they had tasted better and were cheaper, but $26+ for a partially full case of product I can't get reimbursed for or return - no. Shame as I would have tried other flavors, but if both products had missing items, it seems likely any future orders would have missing product as well.

I love these. Absolutely love. I only wish Canada would sell more 3 ingredient larabars!
