Great supplement.
Taste isn't the best or the worst, but I love nutritional value. Feel great taking these. On my 6th bottle, and will continue. I don't eat as many greens as I should, so I feel better adding this as a supplement. Highly recommend.

Kept hearing great things so thought I would try them. They are a gummy so not hard to take daily but you do have to get past the smell when you first open them and the taste. Have only been taking for a couple weeks so not sure if I really see any change right now.
