This cute label maker is so fun! The packaging was super secure and stylish. Easy set up and easy use on phone! Prints cute stickers!!

It's compact and works but very tricky to operate. Takes too long to figure out how to create the label.

This product is definitely user friendly. I’m still trying to find the correct labels to buy because I like clear labels. But the app set up and printing us so easy and fun

I spent way too much time trying to get this thing to connect to the app. I wrote to the seller and received a response from the seller 16 hours later asking me if I downloaded an app that wasn't in the (very sparse) instructions. Instructions say to download FlashMini- seller told me to download Marklife. Not wanting to wait another 16 hours for an unhelpful response as to why the app wasn't mentioned anywhere, I did. That one didn't work either. Sending this one back and making sure I don't order from this company again.

App didn't connect to the device. Not after restarting, not after fully charged (and restarting), not after following all directions given for if app doesn't recognize the device. We returned it no problem though! Yay! Returns!
