Most impressed!!
So I decided to upgrade my existing scan tool which was just a cheap one. After buying a new car (2021 VW PASSAT) I decided to go with the Autel MK900BT after reading great reviews. This tool is most impressive, It allows a multitude of dynamic checks that can be carried out live. I'm more than happy with my new tool. Customer service is also excellent.George

Good product and excellent aftersale service
I bought this scanner as a Christmas gift for my Husband. We had a few teething problems setting it up but this was quickly rectified by Vanessa and the excellent customer service team. My husband is very happy with the scanner. So far he's used it a number of times and is very impressed with it.

Best tool
Before that tools, I ordered another two brands both of that is not work. I return both of that and I order Autel Maxi is the best.

Proper diagnostics that won`t break the bank.
A very capable diagnostic unit .It`s compact size makes it ideal for use when you are in the driving seat. Appears to be well made ,robust enough to be used in a busy workshop setting. Good all round unit for the money.

Customer support
Product is ok but when you need support it would be nice if that got back to you . Received an email regarding issues and they said they would check with my VIN number and number plate to help me but had no response so I sent the item back as it's not great and customer support is not great based on that experience I would not recommend a product no support not worth having the product 😡😡😡😡😡

Do not buy
Not charging. I’ve just tried as I haven’t had to charge it before, not charging, autek refuses to look into it as this model hasn’t been bought directly from them, can’t contact with seller either
