Chest Size. However, if your waist size is larger than chest size, I would use waist measurement as size.

These coveralls are based on your chest size, so it's hard to say what size to get without knowing it. To get a measurement of your chest size, take a flexible measuring tape and wrap it all the way around the largest part of your chest. That measurement in inches will be your chest size. All these coveralls have even sizes, so if your chest size is a number like 43 or 45, round up to 44 or 46. We would definitely suggest a long size for you as you're 6'5". However, the long sizes are recommended for up to 6'3", so keep in mind it still might be too short for you. Unfortunately the Extra Long size is not available on Amazon.

I am sure their stock varies in material and country of origin from time to time. My most recent purchase was 65 % polyester and 35% cotton, and made in Mexico. I recall other mixes and all cotton goods as well with prior purchases. The material and origin will be on the label. I suggest trying an order and then return if you do not like something - it is easy.
