I've yet to try, but it has options like you can use the pads if you want you actual eye socket cooled or the mask gives you more covarage about the eye/ head area, but still allows you to see. Cools in fridge takes about 2/3 hrs or 45 min in freezer if you want it quicker. Good price ,you get choices , well done.

An excellent product that provides great cooling. My wife had an eye operation and required a face mask to reduce swelling . This product has worked perfectly.

Been using this mask every night for a while now, and I’m quite pleased with it. It is great for relieving tired eyes, and it provides a nice, relaxing experience. The gel stays cool for a decent amount of time, though I do wish it lasted a bit longer. The mask is comfortable to wear, but it can slip a bit if you move around too much. Overall, it's a good product.

Good quality mask and accoutrements. It’s very useful to be able to carry on with life while wearing it as it has eye holes. I have been suffering from tree allergies and it has really helped.

Excellent! Great quality, comfortable, comes with a storage bag that holds the temp and is super handy. Also comes with two eye disks for the area the mask doesn’t get! Highly recommend!

The mask itself is too big so it doesn't fit into the contours of the eye, rendering it ineffective. The little circular patches are brilliant though and the quality is very good. If they sort the size of the mask out this would be a five star job.

So far so good! Nice packaging, good quality and if nothing else, they make my face feel good in the morning while I have my coffee. Unfortunately, my wife hasn’t been around to give me her feedback on the results so, I’ll have to wait until then. But overall, nice product.

I like it because it is well made and it works. I needed something with holes for the eyes so I can work on my laptop. And I also needed some kind of small gel pad to put on just one eye after laser treatment. The round pads are especially useful if you've had a treatment in just one eye, and they are hard to find. If you put any kind of gel pad in the freezer it's going to get hard, too hard to conform to your face, and they can feel uncomfortable if they are too cold. You need just the right amount of cold that doesn't cause discomfort. So the thing to do is just put these in your fridge. They get plenty cold that way. So the package comes with one full eye mask and two round pads for individual eyes. The material that encloses the gel appears to be thick plastic, but supple when it's not frozen, with a nice soft cloth covering on one side. The elastic band with velcro is substantial and long enough to fit small or very large heads. If you put these in the freezer they will be too hard to use comfortably on your face, so put them in the fridge. Most fridges get fairly close to freezing temperatures without freezing. I'm emphasizing this because people on here have complained about it. If you put it in the fridge you will find that it gets close to freezing cold but is still pliable and doesn't cause discomfort. This is not a "beauty mask." It looks kind of plain, dark green, like some first aid kits and medical devices. But it is well made and it works. I use the round gel pads for just one eye that had laser treatment. I use an ordinary knitted sweatband to hold the cold gel pad over that one eye, with no problem. Just have to adjust the sweatband a little to accommodate the gel pad and the angle over your eye. And you get two of them, so you can swap them out. In fact, you can use two of them as an eye mask by just securing them under a sweatband across your eyes. As far as the amount of time it lasts, I'd say about as long as all the other gel masks and pads, around 10-15 minutes. I got two sets of these so I have 2 eye masks and 4 round pads. The zippered case is a really good addition, since it has mesh pockets and the pads will stay clean without having to deal with plastic bags in the fridge.

Feels awesome in the morning when I wake up with swollen eyes which is most of days.
