A brilliant chair
This chair is really comfortable and has lots of adjustable features so can be set up exactly as you want. It's sturdy, easy to put together and great value for the price paid. I was having back problems but they have improved dramatically due to this erganomic chair. Also, delivered really quickly - two days before given date. All in all a great chair.

Easy to set up - really comfortable
Instructions were dead simple to follow. The chair is comfortable, a-lot of specs; just what I was looking for. Gaming / studying / office work - suits all. Easily fits under ikea desk to keep place tidy. Initially looked through ikea (because was buying a desk from them) and also went through other office furniture shops. Ikea ones were too uncomfortable looking. Other shops had then too pricey (im talking >200 quid and above). Grateful for the find, happy with the purchase.

Good chair
Fairly new purchase so still getting used to it. I bought this primarily for lower back support to help me through my working day. The lateral back support is good but the lever length of travel is not enough for my needs so I am using a support cushion behind me for the shortfall - this is through no fault of the chair but my personal circumstances. The headrest is useful and overall the chair is a lot quieter than my last one.

Good value
I like this chair - it was bought as a replacement for my old office chair. it is very easy to assemble and comes with easy to follow instructions and the only tool you need is the allan key which is provided. It is easy to adjust and is comfortable for working for long periods. The lumbar support is really good as well.

Pin Broke
Had this chair for 3 years , but as of right now the pin has broken and it permanently leans back

Nice Piece of Kit
This chair was very easy to put together in a matter of minutes! It's definitely comfortable and looks great!

Leaned back once, can't straighten it
Put it all together. Seemed fine. Wasn't overly complicated to assemble. Watched the video where they showed how to tilt it back. Pull out the bar, leaned back, put it back in. After putting it back in all the way, the chair continued to lean back a little further, there was a click and it refuses to straighten again.

In love with this office chair!
This chair is so comfortable! Really good back positioning with a wide head rest. Easy for doing work from home and the occasional gaming session. Adjustable arm rests incase you don't want them on.... overall a great find so happy I got it.
