Pretty good if you are just starting our or want ro practice. Perfect size for small hands, not too big or too small. Doesn't have as much weight as some of the solid ones but will give your hand a small workout with proper use.

I received the baoding balls and was disappointed that the decorative box was broken. The balls were unscathed and virtually indestructible so I can live with that. I could not recommend this as a gift because of the poor quality of the box.

It was told to me by my physical therapist to get these. After extensive hand surgery they would help with the healing. They help with finger strength and mobility. So worth the money.

Absolutely fantastic product! I am incredibly pleased with how wonderful these Baoding balls are! I had a small set of chrome ones when I was younger and loved them so much that I decided I needed another. I stumbled across these ones here and boy I’m glad I did.They are exactly as described and a wonderful size to boot. Beautiful dark marbling and smoothness that makes them a dream to use. Great exercise for the hands for dexterity, strength, and stress relief to top it off.The bag they came in is also fantastic. It’s basic and doesn’t have padding in it to protect them much, so just keep that in mind if you plan to carry them around with you or travel with them, they can and will clack together, so a foam case or hard add might be better in that regard. For me though, they are perfect and exactly what I was looking for! The seller was very quick and I received everything as described and as quickly as promised! I mean, what more could you ask for?!Buy them, relax, and be glad you did!

My physical/occupational therapist recommended that I try Chinese meditation balls to help with my mobility and dexterity after having Carpal Tunnel surgery. At first it was tricky to get the hang of it, my hand was stiff, weak and clumsy and I would often drop them on the floor. They held up very well though, and I eventually got the hang of it.I feel they were a major part of recovering so quickly from my surgery. I stuck with it and and eventually got all my flexibility and mobility back. Also, the ones I bought were affordable, attractive, and came in a handy carrying bag. They were of excellent quality (and as I mentioned before, held up after being dropped on hardwood floors several times). A very worthwhile purchase for me.

The media could not be loaded.  These are really great, but a bit too big and too loud to fidget in my pocket while at work which is what I bought them for. But if you aren’t trying to be discrete, then these are an amazing quality

After starting with the small ones a while ago I got the full size ones ; I.e. same ones because I like these ones. I like the smooth feel, weight, and look and the soft case works well. One set was maybe a little more high gloss so I took extra fine sandpaper to it lightly (personal preference). I'm very happy especially at this good price.

These are great for occupying your fidgeting hands. I started picking at the side of my thumb while sitting at home watching tv (caused by anxiety). My girlfriend was forever telling me to stop picking at myself so we got these to try. I love them and best part is my hand is too busy for the bad habits.

These are perfect for me. Keeps my hands busy and the look of the marble is beautiful.Package was well wrapped and comes in a sturdy box.However large hands are a must. You wouldn't wanna drop one of these .
