Superb
These speakers do not have anywhere near the reviews or online presence that that they deserve. I doubt that there is a apreciably better set of speakers available for a small living room or home office below £1k. The desktop satellites are small enough for any desk setting, and the subwoofer compensates for the smaller drivers within them.As a point of clarity, your ears cannot determine the direction of low frequency sounds, so the bass you hear sounds exactly as though it is coming from the speakers and not the sub woofer. The subwoofer will make more bass than any speaker triple the size of the satellites could ever manage - so as long as you have space to place the sub, you will have a much larger sounding system than what the satellites alone suggest. They take about 70-100 hours to 'bed in' and reach their potential, and the wiring they come with needs to be thrown out and replaced with better quality cables. I'm not deducting a star for that, as it is true for any speaker system. In short, if you want great sound in a small room or office then get these - you will not regret it.

Simply lovely.
Just small enough to fit on an desk, and great sound. Maybe a tad too much base with the sub. Can only use the sub when there's no one in the room downstairs, which makes the options to turn off the sub very handy. Definitely would recommend these as premium desk speakers.

The sound may not be to everyone's taste, but it sounds exactly how I want it. Stunning !!!
Packaging was superbly bombproof and they looked really promising, so I really took my time setting these up in my 'study' and carefully read the instructions. The instruction booklet was quite disappointing with very limited information so as usual with any new electrical purchase, I resorted to working it out for myself with the help of my two sons....and we got to the stage of re-packing it in its box ready to send it back because we couldn't get it to work, but then as a last resort, out of sheer frustration, one of us pressed as many buttons on the remote as we could and it explosively came to life and nearly took the study roof off. After a few more minutes of experimentation we worked it out and found out that we only needed to use two buttons on the remote to get sound out of it.My set-up allows me to use 2 turntables, a CD player, a Cassette recorder and my computer system, all through a Numark DJ Mixer. The speakers were the final component to get the sound I wanted. I have always preferred 2.1 systems and admit being heartbroken when my Roland 2.1 set-up died, I have tried any number of speaker/amplifier combinations but to no avail, something was missing. I have been aware of Klipsch speakers for a while, but these are the first I have actually owned. Now, there are some truly awful revues on these speakers although Amazon UK revues are mostly 5*, they seem to make these different in America because they are really unappreciated in the states. I really like these a lot, I have thrown everything from heavy metal rock to out and out classics at these, all my music is crystal clear, fully detailed and vibrant. Even the 'over 50' part of my collection sounds brilliant, and I can't say that my complete system is top of the range Hi Fi, I just use the best I can afford and tweak it from there, it works for meMy DJ mixer has a 'Booth' output which I have wire to an Aiyima 07 Max amp into a pair of little Cambridge Minx speakers which fill in a few gaps on some music. Mostly the Klipsch speakers run alone playing music and are were well worth the cost and absolutely enjoyable at any level....this may end up being a very long relationship.Of course, I had to have a problem and was preparing to go through the tortuous process of returning this item, but the solution was so simple it was almost ridiculous and I found this on a review for another item on another site. All that was wrong was that the cheap and nasty batteries supplied with this item were flat !! New batteries inserted and everything works as it should. My son also found out how loud this was, he tested it but using the Bluetooth connection to his i-phone. We still have ear-ache. Ornaments fell off of shelves, pets moved at the speed of light to escape, it was so loud it hurt. Default setting for Bluetooth is FULL volume....won't be doing that again. I am also using this without the covers on the speakers....these do mute the speakers and cover the LED lights so you can't see what setting has been engaged....pity as these look better with the covers on, I have speaker cloth in one of my boxes so might fix this later. 5* reduced to 4*due to the hassle of of poor QC.Fast forward to playing through a selection of the music collection and the sound quality is improving day by day. Reviewers do state that this system needs to be played in which is definitely true as this just gets better. All I want now is to make it sound as good with the grilles on and possibly fit better attachments for the speaker wires as I don’t like the bare ended wires supplied.

Decent speakers
First impressions suggest these are above average, play quite loud and remain clean.Seems you can get them for 250 bucks in the states at Costco, so obviously not a premium product, but work well enough.
