Exactly what i was looking for: sawdust type wood for cold smoking
I specifically purchased this product because I was looking to get into cold smoking. The name of the product is not really correct, since these are not wood chips at all. This is finely ground sawdust, which is exactly what I was looking for. I used this in my 5x8 A-MAZ-N smoker tray. One row took about 3 hours. Considering the size of the bag and how much smoking you do, you actually get a lot of wood out of it. Very pleased with this product and will continue purchasing it through here as needed.

Works great
As others have stated, this is almost sawdust. It still put great flavor into the Boston butt and chicken that I have smoked in our Masterbuilt electric smoker.

Excellent with smoker tube
Burns very well in my smoker tube for cold smoked cheeses, salts, salsas, meat sticks etc.

These are NOT wood chips
Item name is definitely not correct, these are NOT wood chips .. they are sawdust. Shame on me I suppose for not reading the description further but I also should be able to trust that the item is what it is named.

Bonjour , sur la photo, il est indiqué que c'est de la scieure de bois. Quand j'ai reçu les 3 paquets, c'étaient des copeaux de bois. Je suis vraiment très décu car c'était pour mettre avec la spirale, comme c'est indiqué ... Merci
