mCover iPearl Hard Shell Case with FREE keyboard cover for 15-inch Model A1398 MacBook Pro (with 15.4-inch Retina Display, with or without Force Touch Trackpad) - PURPLE

This case is really great. I got the purple one and as in the picture for this color, it is somewhat magenta. The case is very easy to use and the feet provide extra protection because when you deploy them less of your laptop is touching the (potentially dirty/wet) surface. One reason I got this case is because it comes with a keyboard cover as well. Accidents can happen when your computer is open and I really wanted it protected. I'm a little bit disappointed in the keyboard protector, though. It is clear, which is ok, but it means that if/when the cover gets dusty it's more visible. But more importantly, the cover always sticks to my screen when I close the laptop and open it again. I constantly have to put it back on the keyboard and reposition it. For my old computer I had a different case & cover from another brand, and the protector worked great. But since the cover was just a free add-on I give this product 5 stars for the case itself.

I recently got a macbook and I was super worried about the exterior getting scratches. I searched for hours online, expensive cases and cheaper options, but the mCover finally won out, maybe because of the kickstand flaps on the bottom. The color is perfect and the apple logo shines through as promised. The assembly was a breeze and the snaps seem secure and durable. It fits perfectly to my Macbook pro retina 15" laptop and I still have the full range of motion with the screen. The price was great and they even threw in a free stylus that I can now use with my iPad! I haven't tried the keyboard cover because I bought a separate one (also purple) but I'll keep it as a backup for the future. I'll update this review in the future if I have any issues, but for now I couldn't be happier!

Snaps right on and looks nice I don't know how well it'll protect my laptop. I think it will offer only a small amount of protection. I guess if I wanted great protection for it, I could have gotten one of those griffin cases or a military case. But then it might not look so cool Included is a flimsy thin (silicone?) keyboard cover that doesn't seem to snap on, it just sits on the keyboard. So far, it has stayed put. A warning on this keyboard cover: since it's clear in color, you might accidentally throw it away! All my connectors are still available. Color seems to match picture to a'T'

I bought this cover for my macbook pro a few years back in pink, and one of the feet finally broke a few days ago, so I ordered a replacement on Saturday, and it was delivered on Monday. This time I bought the purple color. The price is great, and I love the silicone keyboard cover that comes with it. It fits perfectly, and really protects my keyboard. Can't beat the price and it lasted for years! Love this product!

Really like this iPearl mCover hard shell case for Macbook Pro. Certainly cant' beat it for the price. Snaps on for a perfect fit, and the Apple glows right through it for a great look. Definitely prefer the look and feel of this shell over a rubberized one. This one feels protective, looks professional, and doesn't attract lint (like the rubberized styles). Best part are the feet that lift the computer up at an angle for easier typing. Actually bought four of these for family members, and each fit its respective model like a glove (three different models). Just be careful to order the right one for your model.
