Placemats really nice
Placemats are really nice, however ordered 2 packs of 6, only one arrived, rang Amazon they said they would give me a gift card within 2/3 hour or 24 hours, waited 4 day and contacted again as hadn't arrived. After second call the gift card arrived and I re-ordered the second pack. Original order took a week to arrive however, the 2nd re-ordered pack arrived the next day.

disappointing quality for handmade item
Item is lovely but faulty. one half of the runner is more narrow than the other half which is glaringly obvious when on the table. The material on top is baggy as it has been stitched onto a slightly more narrow material beneath. I intend to return this faulty item but would like to order another in the hope that it will be as it should be - ie straight.

Sehr schön und hochwertig. Wir haben noch die Platzsets dazu gekauft. Die Farben stimmen 100% überein. Jetzt habe ich das gleiche Set noch in Schwarz gekauft. Da passen die Platzsets und der Tischläufer überhaupt nicht zusammen, die Platzsets sind wie bei der ersten Bestellung sehr hochwertig, was man vom schwarzen Tischläufer nicht behaupten kann, da ist das Gold sehr viel heller. Schade, ich hoffe der Verkäufer behebt das im Nachhinein. Aber wie gesagt das graue Set ist super schön.
