Heaven Group Discussion Guide Paperback – May 1, 2009

In the middle of this study with a group of ladies from church. Excellent study! Solid! And after being a christian for over 40 years it has caused me to reexamine scripture. I have learned so much.

I thoroughly enjoyed this guide. It made the Heaven Book come alive and it painted a extremely inviting view of life in Eternity.

It isn't just blather about what he thinks. Randy Alcorn backs up everything with Scripture and when he is just stating his opinion, he tells you. I'd recommend it anyone who wants to know what the future of believers in Jesus Christ holds.

We are using this study in a men's group and it has generated a lot of good discussion. Not everyone agrees with all of Randy's position, but it is well supported with scripture references and does fill in a lot of gaps for us. The guide has a lot of exercises for us to work through to help develop his position and conclusions.

Randy Alcorn does a great job really citing biblical references that support his points. I really thought this encouraged a lot of growth and questions in our small group discussions, and really opened our eyes to old misconceptions. GREAT STUFF!

We are using it in conjunction with 50 Days of Heaven and it makes for a great group study. I also bring in some things from the book Heaven and the study guide that goes with that, but both are very enlightening.

Great leader's guide for use in small groups. I would still recommend the whole book, the booklets and especially the online videos through Right Now media.
