Love this vitamin and I only have to take ONE! The downside - the bottle is too big and half full - they should get bottles to fill the capacity of pills!

These supplements give me the worst kind of gas. It's just awful and stinky.. I really wanted to like these, but I guess the search will continue. I will cut them in half and take them that way.
