What size would be best for cutting bike locks, say 15 per night, for months?

Wow' you must have 1971 Silver Ghosts, a Cotton Krate two & 1972 Apple Krates laying around then? Not those newer foreign Schwinns I hope, the original models. I mean if your going to do the time you better get the best right?

Roofing nails protruding through sheathing in garage attic. Can I use this bolt cutter to snip them off?

Bolt cutters won't work--you CAN NOT cut them off flush and it will look crummy. I had the same problem with roof nails protruding into my attic by a poor roofing job--looked like a porcupine. I cut the nails flush with 14" "hoof nippers" made by Diamond Tool and Horseshoe in Minnesota. You will need 14" inch for the leverage. They work great!--but they are kinda spendy... but will last a lifetime.
